AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolutely shocking product they discount on multi purchases to draw you in and claim to be as good as market leaders .I purchased three pairs of shorts in the same size all of them were totally different fits and sizes absolute shocking quality….. please don’t waste your time or money they will refund you but they won’t give you your money back for the return costs AVOID AT ALL COST

From Planning the Bedroom with Phil who was not pushy and very informative with some great ideas to the delivery driver Barry who couldn’t help enough to finally Ian who is a fitter who did a fantastic job we are so pleased with the bedroom I would not hesitate to recommend eclipse in future ….. well done to all

Absolute scam

I was at the office with incompetent staff it took me 2.5 hours from arriving to get a car.
I return the car without damage but eight weeks later and I still haven’t received my deposit from them I’m just instructing MasterCard to try and recoup the money

We had no hot water or heating reported…

We had no hot water or heating reported the boiler on Saturday and was only given a repair slot on Tuesday, which in my opinion is poor.
We left a clear note on the door for the technician to go around the rear of the property where there was someone waiting he did not do that and left the property without contacting or calling anyone.
I have been left without any hot water or heating for four days now disgraceful !!!
In a service environment you have performed poorly and I will be looking to cancel my agreement with you when the job has been done.
