We had no hot water or heating reported…

We had no hot water or heating reported the boiler on Saturday and was only given a repair slot on Tuesday, which in my opinion is poor.
We left a clear note on the door for the technician to go around the rear of the property where there was someone waiting he did not do that and left the property without contacting or calling anyone.
I have been left without any hot water or heating for four days now disgraceful !!!
In a service environment you have performed poorly and I will be looking to cancel my agreement with you when the job has been done.
