Really not happy with the long delivery…

Really not happy with the long delivery times. Apparently I have to wait for my order for anything between 8 and 20 days. I don't think this is acceptable in 2023 anymore. Also their reply time to customer emails can be up to one week. Sorry but that's just not good enough.

Thank you for your email and expressing your concerns regarding your recent order. We completely understand your frustrations regarding the process and I hope I can make the process clearer for you.

As we sell over 40,000 different products, it would be impossible to hold the bulk of every item in our warehouse, this will also cause a huge amount of wastage with our least popular products and we try to reduce waste where we can. Because of this, some items are ordered upon demand from our suppliers. The lead time of stock is displayed on our website under the size/type option (just above the price), this will also be reflected in your estimated delivery dates. If we do not have the item immediately to dispatch in our warehouse, we can only advise the lead time our suppliers advise us - our system is connected to theirs and is updated automatically.

It is within our company roadmap to increase our warehouse space, which we hope to do as soon as possible. This will reduce the extended ETA's for our customers.
