Generally good
I am a new customer 3 months. I like that I am not tied into a contract. The deal i have is a good price & competitive. In most areas the service is good but It is hit & miss at home as I dont live where there is a particularly good signal aparently. Calls tend to dip in & out at home depending on what part of the house i am in & I can miss calls but am always alerted when that happens. I am unable to rate customer service as I have not spoken to them.
