So wait in all day for my parcel

So wait in all day for my parcel . To find out that thr driver has marked it as he has attempted to deliver it when they clearly haven't as I have cctv on my home. To be told that it will be deliverd the next day to wait in again to be told its been left at my back door. But gess what no parcel no delivery man enters my garden. Call amazon nd get treated like dirt lied to by every one even a manager. And fobbed off. Man has amazon gone down . You pay for prime to get a better service and get a worse one . They refuse to refund you and even refuse to let you complain. Gess thr ceo is sat in his lovely home laughing amd not giving a dam as he has a member of high management that calls you and abousses you to try stop you complaining . Discusting that the ceo let's them do this . So basically stop.paying for prime as you get treated better will not even get a reply from anyone from.amazon to discuss this further I bet so an update talking to a member of Customer service who blatantly refused to take a complaint and put thr phone down . What a crock of you know what now they are . Uk law needs updating to protect us better

So go shopping in.my local Tesco ( Alfreton) as a disabled person that can't get a space becouse every asked body parkes in the spaces Included staff member . And yes I know they are abled body when they all jump out the car running to the store. To be told by some.one in the ceo office basically they don't care and will do nothing about it so ges they discriminated against disabled people . To also see there security standing talking to staff when there is a group of young people in messing around and robbing them this makes me not want to shop there as my disability can't take it I even try shopping later in the evening . There security also break the law as they don't have the right sia badge to monster the cctv and after telling different managers they just srug it off and alow it . So gess as a company Tesco discriminated and also allow there security to breake the law. I fact I would say incurable them to break the law. I have never seen a Tesco run so bad and gess the ceo and people at the top don't care as they are getting a nice pay packet to just sit in an office . Would put the name of the person who I spoke to at head office that basically said tuff about the disabled parking but can't find it so Tesco what are you going to do a out it

So after sending vinted customer…

So after sending vinted customer service proof my parcel is lost and confirmed by inpost they still refuse to give me a refund . So have been advised to se.d all the information and proof to trading standards. I would advise every one to send any problems they have to traiding standers as this company needs looking at as there terms and conditions don't even match what they say and there customer service is so bad that even after I have done there job for them they still keep refusing the ceo needs to be made aware of how bad his company is and that he is the person that is responsible for any short falls in his company so please report them to traiding standards. And I gess any review that gives more than one star has never delt with the customer service with a problem

Customer service is useless

So my parcel has gone missing and I got in tuch with inpost who told me to get vinted to contact them upon contacting vinted to ask them to do it the just send the standard reply and don't even read your messages . They don't even want to take a complaint they are just useless so if you want any help don't ask them . They need better customer service or to re train all there staff and they also need a way to log a comaint without going through there useless customer service . Stay clear if you don't want o have to fight for anything or to sort any problem out as you will never get anywhere . People at the top need to start taking notice of customers and sort this out

I got one of there CTIPC-720C security…

I got one of there CTIPC-720C security cameras. To find out it has no cloud storage. And keeps going off line . I have tryed to reinstall it to no avail. As it still has no cloud storage and keeps going off line and can't get it back on line when I try. Have contacted after sales. To only get an email at 9am in the morning asking for information. That I then supply to get another email the next morning at 9am asking for yet more information to again supply it to get a 9am email . This has gone on for days now. Gess I will be sending it back. Witchnis a sham as it looks an excellent cctv camera they need better after sales team to sort things out fast and not mess customers around

Stay clear items just sit at the drop off point customer service is shocking

So I buy something on line and pay for next day delivery the seller dropped the parcel of at a dpd drop of point for it to sit there fro two days. I contacted customer service who lied to me to start with by saying they only had the details and not the item . I told them it had been drooped of at there drop off shop and it shows that on there own app and website. They then backtracked and said it was a next day deliver . So I told them that 2 days sat at your drop of is not next days . The adviser could not care less . And didn't want to help one bit. I gess dpd is getting just like evri and yodel if not worse than them two . Stay clear if you want your parcel or if your a seller stay clear if you want your item getting to the customer

Where do I start

Where do I start . There customer service is appalling. They lie to you when you challenge them and think that thr customer is thick told me that my item was showing in transit. So I sent a screen shot of the tracking . That clearly showed that they were lieing . They refuse to refund me and come up with that much rubish everything they messaged me. Can't belive a company can have such a bad customer service team. They need to look at this fast and they should give you the option if you want to pay buyer protect as its not worth the paper it's written on as they don't honer it when you try to make a blame. So befor you buy thing hard amd long do you want your money or do you just want to give it away. What a shocking company .but I belive they don't care anyway .

Customer service refusing to deal with problem

So I receve a item with keys missing I get intuch qith inpost who tell me to go through vintage and get them toask inpost to do an investigation. I send them the screen shot of inpost and what they said. So be told bluntly that vintage is not going to do any more or even answer my messages . Gess they don't care about the customer and the buyer protect is not woth getting as you are not protected . And even worse they tell you to send the item back to the seller at your own cost . So then your our f pocket and the seller is our of pocket when all they need to do is get inpost to investigate the matter but they won't do that . Customer service is rubbish have a good think about it befor you buy as your not protected and they don't care about you s customer stay clear of them

Would have given no stars if I could

Would have given no stars if I could . I can't understand why amazon customer service has gotten so bad they don't want to help you. They lie to you about what stage your item is at. Saying that they can't remove an item that had been orderd by mistake when ordering two items but only ment to order one item ..so now have to waist my time returning it. When deliverd not good as wasting my time. And not good for a multi billion pound company. You would think they would have better customer service and be able to remove an item from an order when they are told about it within minutes of order being placed. So Mr ceo please please get better customer services . And look into sorting out your system so that your poorly trained customers service can do a better job.

Deed poll good frame cheap and tacky

Love the the deed poll and the information you get with it and also love the certificate you get . But the only thing that let's them down big time is the frame they send. You can get a better one at poundland by Miles it looks cheap and feels cheap. So if you want to save money don't get the frame package. Get a frame your self so that it looks 100% better than it would if you get there frame.

AA calls customers liers and will never belive you

Where do I start . I broke down so called the aa they sent a aa patrol man out who basically didn't want to be there . They changed there mind that much it must be a yoyo in there head. The patrol man lied out the back of his Teeth on the report. So made a Co.plaint . To then get an email from.an incompetent member of there complaints team who basically say that the Aa will always belive there drivers no matter what. When calling them to discuss the matter you get told that they will not discuss it with you and basically call the customer a lier . Ges I am going to the rac for my break down from now on

Customer service dosent exist

Where do I start there customer service is none existing. I told them.that a payment to them would not be ready to take out till a different day. So could they move the date. Just for this payment. There reply was its in the t and c so there is nothing they can do . I asked again for the date to be moved and got told tuff I put a complaint I to the ceo. To get some one contact me by email saying that they are a high up person and they are looking into the complaint. But they will take till the 26th Jan to sort it out when it could be done in one day. After messaging th to ask why it would take that long they replied that I will get a reply on the 26th ..so I gess not only is customer service bad but who ever deals with the ceo emails is as bad . I can't belive that they are this bad surly they would want to keep the customer happy. I gess I will be escalating my complaint to the Ombudsman. On the 26th as I know that they will just fob me off I also see that they don't respond to people putting 1 star unless it's to do with there app please stay away if you want a company that has good customer service as monzo don't have it one bit

Very bad customer service . And item are not as good as they say

Watch strap broke contacted them to try get it sorted they asked for my information to send a replacement . But then got a email saying that its out of the 1 year warranty. Support is rubish . And they don't want to help . I have watch straps that are 10 years old and in better condition. So for me it's a bad company that dosent care when they have got your money. Go somewhere else for a watch strap or any other product they sell customer service is total rubish and they just keep saying that there items have a 1 year warranty. So if its a year and 1 day they will do nothing for you. Be warned.

Send out cheap flowers and Teddy to what you pay for

So I paid for some flowers and a Teddy bear. To only get a cheap bunch of flowers that looked nothing like what I paid for and a cheaper Teddy bear must say that I am very disappointed as I have ordered from them befor and got better flowers and the Teddy was ike the one on the re website. Can't belive they have just tryed to fob me off with cheaper things. So it you don't want cheaper than you pay for. Or a very disappointed person your sending them to .stay well clear and go to some other florist and get what you paid for . Please stay clear. Just an update so they sent out some more flowers that still didn't look like what I orderd. And when I told them they said that there senior florist has looked and they are right. So I sent them more photos even ringed what was missing and they still told me it was right. The roses looked like they only had a day or so in them . Gess they want your money bit don't put things right even after having roff sent to them thst shows them.the Customer is right so definitely stay clear

Have two parcels sat at Evri Birmingham depot and not moved. Try to chat with some one on line and only get a computer program talking to you. Avoid like the plag . And I gess I will start asking the seller of anything I buy if they uses evri if they do I will be going some where else mite have chainged the name but still got the same useless management team same useless staff . Would have been better selling the Company. Or just closing it down. Incompetent comes to mind

Stay well clear if you don't want to be robed of your money by amazon.

So I order about £160 worth of stuff and receive all of it but two items . I get intuch with amazon customer service and then get swapped form one person to another. And have to repeat what I am saying. I ask for the two items that are missing to be sent out as I need them for the next day. To be told it will not be done so ask for a refund so I can go to ebay to get them . To be told it will not be done. When asking if there staff have stolen them I get the response of you have to wait . This is bang out of order for a Company like amazon so if you don't want o lose money to a company that dosent care about its customers. Then shop with them. I also said I would send the every item.i received back to be told that amazon dosent care if I do . As I am basically one person. That shows me that they havenot improved there customer service . So if you dont want to be taken for a fool and your money taken and not refunded for missing items stay well clear items

Update to a review . So still waiting for the calendar. To be sorted since the 15th August. If you have any disabilitys do not go with this company . As they discriminat against you then they lie about it. If your from Germany don't go with them as they discriminate becouse of that . As I had a senior customer service manager call me as a male employee put the phone down on me . After he had discriminated against me . For the manager to say after I was from Germany that I cantsay stuff becouse they have a lot of Jewish employees there . Then lies and says she didn't say that. So please stay well clear . Unless you want to wait over a month to clame and over a month to even get paid. And there is a 1 to 2 hour interview to also go through to try and get paid what you pay for. Befor you even see any money or replacement goods ease go to another company that will treat you 100% better and with respect . If you don't mind being talked to like something you stepped on . Or like you are nothing then go with getsafe . The worst insurance company in the entire world SAY WELL CLEAR . I will be going to the Ombudsman thats howbad they are
