Stay well clear

Stay well clear . I have been paying them for contents insurance. But when you try to clame the number says its out of hours. Even when it's not . The person who sends a response asking 101 questions that are not even relevant to the clame. Best go with some one else even if it cost a bit extra as that's what I will be doing when it's up for renewal. Will also be logging a complaint with the insurance Ombudsman.

I ordered a armour case for my s10 when it arrived it had s damaged part . The company emailed me yo say they will send a replacement. But never did. They are not responding to any more emails. So please stay well clear of them . Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

so RBS the only bank thats aggressive to people stay clear

so RBS let you put your card into one of there cash points. let you put your pin in then shut the cashpoint down so you cant get money or your card back. you phone the bank on the number the cashpoint tells you. to only get some one at there call center tell you that your not a customer so there is nothing they will do. you tellthem you would lime to know why the bank has done what they do to then have the person at the call center get funny with you. so you ask for a manager to make a complaint. the manager gets on the phone. askes you what is wrong. fpr you to start telling them for them then to tell you to shut up and listen. when you tell them not to talk to you like that all they do is threaten you and get aggressive over the phone to then tell you all they are going to do is end the call as they dont care. what a bank if thats what they employ and thats how they treat people then they should have been shut down when they were in trouble. stay well clear as they dont give a dam about you. and are aggressive to you when you call them go to a bank that treats you like you should be

eon giving your personal info to other people behind your back

were do i start. they wind you up to the point you have a go at them. dont keep appointments. then lie to you. let there staff lie about you and try everything to cover it up. plus they give your information to 3rd party's without youe knowledge. and when you complain. they do every thing to get away with it. keep well clear. i have learned the hard way. by not being told what tariff they put me on. not had 2 appointments. then when complaining about it they alow there staff to lie about you. and then offer you a couple of pounds to try and get away with it all. STAY CLEAR. and i know they dont give a dam about what people put on sites like this as have been told by an ex employee of theres

dont bothere booking travelode in hereford

dont bothere booking travelode in hereford as they are so bad at costomer service. the staff dont care . the manager is bad and just dose not care . when you complain to there head office they dont care as all they want is youe money first time i stopped there there was blood in the room on the bedding and in the shower. they told me it was somthing eles . but was blood. the second time got woken up at 6 am by police coming to ask me about an incedent i had seen . why the police were getting what i had seen the staff member working came to my room to be nosey . and when i complaind to head office i just got fobbed off. one of the emails sent to me blatenly said they will always beleve the staff over customers even when they lie. so dont wast your money go some were like the premier in in hereford as they care . rooms are better staff dont lie . and if you do ever have a reason to complain the staff at premier in sort it out for you there and then . so please please save your money and DONT GO TO TRAVELODE HEREFORD . stay well cleare of this hotel company as they dont care and just fob you off when comlaining . you have been warned
