Plants arrived in a jumbled mess with…

Plants arrived in a jumbled mess with soggy cardboard packaging. I mentioned this to the company and they apologised and sent some plant food as compensation.
Still too early to know if the plants will survive. Date of delivery is an estimate.

Your plants are covered by our plant guarantee, so if you do have any issues with them please do let me know.
The Seaweed liquid plant feed you were sent can be watered into your plants and will give them an extra boost of nutrients.

Thoughtless packaging.

When the plants arrived they were all jumbled up in a soggy mess of sodden cardboard which was not easy to untangle without damaging the plants. I cannot think that experienced or sensible plant merchants would send out freshly watered items in cardboard boxes that quickly broke down. Usually growing units have at least some plastic protection.

Yews are tough plants - the will need to be to survive an uncomfortable and sodden journey.!

Lovely to speak to you and thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry your Yew plants arrived in such poor condition, with the boxes so wet and I completely understand how disappointing this was for you. I will pass your comments onto our dispatch manager in regards to plastic protection in the bottom of the boxes.
As discussed on our call I have arranged for some Seaweed Liquid feed to be sent out. This can be watered into the roots and will support stronger growth. I have sent enough for your gardener to use on the plants now, and also again in spring once the growing season begins again.
Yew is a slow growing evergreen conifer that produces red berries during the autumn that will attract hungry birds. I hope you enjoy your new hedging and the wildlife it will bring to your garden.

Appalling service

Appalling service. When calling either of the two numbers given after a long spiel on caring about the level of service there is no further contact - I waited for 15 minutes before giving up. I wanted to speak to someone about a detail of the policy but was not given an opportunity. You would like to learn of my opinion of your level of service??? On the basis of my experience today I would NEVER recommend Saga. If someone wishes to call me on this my telephone number 07739704971. I am presuming that no one will call.

What a dreadful product

What a dreadful product. A small hand held vacuum cleaner. Bought this thing about 3 weeks ago for the kitchen but have hardly needed to use it till now. Absolutely no suction - not even enough for breadcrumbs. How do I get my money back? If Beldray reads this review please contact me with a refund.
My warning to everyone is not to buy this product.

THe whole holiday was well planned but.......

THe whole holiday was well planned and efficiently executed but the team leader (Dominic) was not a success. His diction was woeful and his ability to herd large numbers of people left something to be desired.
Furthermore, I feel that before booking the holiday it would have been more useful if the levels of walking ability had been more detailed. I am normally a fairly fit person but found the walking (especially at Ankor Wot) to be too difficult and thus was unable to see most of the key sites.
