Customer service is responsive

Customer service is responsive. They usually reply within a day. The build quality of the bicycle is really good. Premium materials used. My only issue is that the website is not clear as it has older reviews showing for the bicycles when they have actually upgraded or changed specs. So when you watch the reviews, you believe the product youre ordering will have the same specs, you end up getting slightly different product.
The bike does not go up to 25km/h our pedal assist, only via throttle. The bike is only giving me around 15km range on normal use (eco).It's terrible.
The bike does not come with the saddle pump, that's from an older model.
The website is still using reviews from 3 years ago which has older models being reviewed.
Customer service says thanks for letting us know, but we won't do anything about it, but will give you a discount if you leave us a nice review. So bribe customer for fake reviews.

Overall ok with the product. Range is just atrocious.

Rude customer service

I think this is a one man band store. Maybe a couple of people run it.. Items were shipped after 4 working days because someone was on holiday. The most frustrating part is their courier partner, GLS who don't like to keep you updated. Parcel passed on the gls, 4 days later, it's still in Croatia. Contact customer service and they copy and paste with extensive use of (!!!). Anyway, ordered my stuff on 13th of this month, it's the 23rd today and all I know is that it's in Croatia still. Customer service quite planely said that package was given to courier and now they don't care cos 'we did our job, why don't you clearly read the website before ordering'. After handing over to courier on 16th, it's only just reached Hungary today the 23rd. Someone's delivering on their bike maybe.
Just rude and given this attitude, I'm certain they would not help if there was a problem with my order. Takes far too long to have it delivered anyway.

They hide behind this 'its not us, it's the courier' excuse. Well, as a business, it's your liability for bad shipping performance, it's your reputation on the line, not the couriers. You are responsible for your reputation because you don't sell your own brand products, you resell other companies and then it is all about the delivery and service.

Would not buy from them again. Just takes too long and without status updates. Makes one antsy! Hire a new courier company, gls isn't great.

Once I got my products, everything was in order. But guys, change gls and your attitude

Unfortunately did not work for me

I got the gut repair product, unfortunately it did not work for me, instead, it had the opposite effect. I was retaining a lot of water and had digestive issues. I kept a food log and as per refund policy, requested a refund. The bot on the website is unhelpful and never passes you on to a live agent. I have emailed support staff multiple times, never had a response. So the money back guarantee doesn't seem to exist, just like their support staff. Product might work for others, but for me, nada and i was down 60 bucks with no refund in sight. Would not be inclined to buy anymore product again. This does not mean that it doesnt work on anyone, just means it doesnt work on everyone.

Plus point is that the delivery time was as promised. Hence 1 star.

In terms of taste, when mixed with Almond milk or water, its horrendous. I tried it with milk which makes it much more palatable. Almost like a milkshake and it doesn't taste too bad. You taste the hint of vanilla and I could get used to it. That's the 2nd star.

Quantity wise, at 1 scoop, 2 times a day, the tub lasts around 2-3 weeks, and at 50 euros a pop, that can be quite expensive.

3rd star would have been if customer service was responsive. Unfortunately via email, not so much.

4th and 5th star would be if it worked, for me, unfortunately it didnt..for others, maybe it does.

Edit : Received a refund within 2-3 hours after writing this review (minus the shipping fee). I am ok with that. Shame it takes a bad review to get the ball rolling. Thanks HM

Totally useless customer service. Script readers

I got my M series electric bike. After a few weeks the acceleration randomly cuts off. Took it to dealer and they said the wire came loose. Since then, it randomly keeps coming back. Otherwise bike runs fine but it is dangerous. If in the middle of traffic, it powers down. Shame.
Then comes the app. Basic app and now they charge a 50 euro a year subscription. Unfortunately it doesn't work for push notifications which is what the service offers. Contact customer service who refuse to refund for a service they did not make good on. Why would you scare me into getting this service and then tell me it doesn't work for your phone. 4 months I have been arguing with them. Different person replies each time with a different reply.
Useless customer service.
Would not recommend Thier products.
Edit: After response from Johnny below, reached out again. Still no response. what a surprise(!)

Don't touch the T1 eleglide with a…

Don't touch the T1 eleglide with a bargepole. It's unbelievable how many problems it gives me on a weekly basis. This review is about the product and to some extent the company for making a shoddy product. immediately after recieving the bike, I had a brake disc issue, the pads would rub against it and it would make a screeching noise. Got that fixed.. two weeks after, the inner tube blew, repair guy tells me that good tyres come with something inside the outer tube, this cheapo bike tyre did not, that's why it blew. Every other day the gears start to stick and make noises when you switch them. The saddle comes loose after a few rides, so about 2 times a week. the brakes have to be tightened every week, it makes clanking noises randomly. The battery really just gives you around 25-30 km on a hot day, even on the lowest setting, at best 35km. it's so ridiculously heavy that if you run out of juice, you better have some narly quads to ride back home. it's just ridiculous.

Only positive is that the battery is removable. Oh, the battery itself is around 4kg, so not like you can carry it around.

Don't bother with this make, fork a bit more out and keep your sanity.

Unfortunately I did not buy it from eleglide directly, so not sure what I can do now other than warn others not to bother.

The repairs have amounted to about 45 percent of the cost of the bike so far.

Een van de meest incompetente online…

Een van de meest incompetente online aanbieders die ik ben tegengekomen. Je betaalt een extra bedrag op MP om een ​​pakket veilig te laten bezorgen, maar raad eens? Je pakket is NIET verzekerd. Het is gewoon een simpele escrow. Heb een klacht ingediend en het is al meer dan een maand geleden, ze hebben het niet opgelost. Het duurt 2 weken om te reageren en hun antwoorden zijn gewoon een herhaling van het laatste antwoord. Waardeloos bedrijf. Vertrouw ze niet om als bemiddelaar op te treden als er een probleem is met je levering etc. absoluut zielige service.

Auto top up saga

The top up process is not as simple as the usual top up voucher from a shop.
You get a pin and whatnot and in the beginning I did panic and thought I was scammed, but online customer service advisor talked me through it.

However, apparently I registered with an 'auto top up feature' which I definitely don't remember selecting.

So be careful. I suspect it's auto checked on your behalf as well and you have to uncheck it.

Got charged next month, I emailed them, they refunded me the money, however, they also just straight away closed my account.
That on its own is a bit dodgy. Maybe it's the only way to stop an auto top up? Don't know.

Wouldn't bother with these lot, given the possible hassle that entails.

A 20 percent fee on a 5 quid top up is a bit greedy anyway.

Incompetent website

i wish i came here before ordering. Ordered a laptop 2 weeks ago with a delivery of 6-9 business days. called to confirm. on day of delivery, i called again asking about the status 'sorry it wont get to you for another month'
no communication to the customer about this. laptops ship from china.

stay away if you want to actually buy something from this site.

Pathetic online customer service

Prices are on the median side. Not as expensive as other Dutch stores, but I would never trust Thier delivery promise of next day delivery. Nor do I trust Thier customer service to be empathetic. My delivery did not arrive on the specified day and all customer service had to say was 'well, these things happen. you got it in the end didn't you?'

It's cheaper than most

It's cheaper than most, no doubt, but the 4G network is absolutely terrible. Low coverage in areas like the hague, networks drops a lot, Calls wise, i have not experienced anything bad, but the mobile internet, is terrible.

Wish I came here before ordering glass…

Wish I came here before ordering glass fiber internet from these folks. Unbelievable how bad it is. My network is constantly dropping. Now what you would expect from glass fiber. And I am talking about a wired connection. Customer service is of no help at all. The guy has the gall to say that Thier terms and conditions clearly state that internet services are not guaranteed. If you want glass fiber internet, check someone else.

Don't let this charmer fool you

Dit bedrijf ingehuurd voor een snelle verf- en laminaatklus. Hij kwam bijna op tijd, maar in plaats van 2 dagen nam hij 4 dagen om te voltooien. Semi-professioneel. Een echte charmeur. maar zijn werk heeft geen finesse. Er waren overal verfvlekken, randen waren niet goed gedaan. Mijn laminaat komt nu van de grond. Over het algemeen geen goede ervaring. Do not trust this man, he is a charmer and will take you for a ride.
Called him man times to come and fix his work, after a whole week of promising 'tomorrow tomorrow' he finally came, did his charm and said tomorrow again. Never came ofcourse.

Comes with its particularity. Book with caution

Do not blindly book from this website for the following reasons:

1. They falsely advertise the properties and facilities in particular.
We booked a villa, after paying, we conveniently get a mail from the park saying that half the facilities are closed. so now we are going to spend 1000s of euros, sitting inside a villa as there is nothing to do.
example. swimming pool for children, website says open, park explicitly says its closed.

2. They do NOT have a customer service department. so ofcourse, we cannot change/cancel our reservation.

3. They cannot be reached, all phone numbers are not operational, facebook does not have messaging service, email is not responsive. so if you have an issue, you're pretty much stuck. It's almost like they are running a scam. Which company operating in 6 countries does not have a working phone number?

You can use this site to get a comparison and then book directly with the park.

The park holds no responsibility and the smallest change has to go through these guys (who you cannot get hold of). Never again. They give a bad name to all comparison websites.

Edit- they contacted me later and the issue has been resolved. They were quite helpful. Shame a bad review had to be written for a response.

mobile app is easy to use but some external charges off the charts

mobile app is easy to use. its very user friendly. i only started trading less than a month ago and have tried 2 interfaces. this one is by far the cleanest looking.
instruments are limited so you dont find the entire world stocks here, which can be annoying at times.
contract notes are sent daily i think, if youre trading daily.
stop limit functionality
price alert triggers..
just a good app all around



the low star rating is for 3 reasons.
1. there customer service seems to be non existent or extremely busy. emailed them several times and got no reply.
2. verifying process is also a little slow. took about 2 weeks for me (sending info twice)
3. forex rates are great, but somewhere down the line, you lose up to 5% of your investment when dealing with foreign currencies. i have lost almost half my profit due to some sort of charge which i cannot see.

however, if you upload in the currency you want to trade in, its a fantastic app and very very low cost!
its sad that these charges tarnish trading212s rep, because its not really thier fault i believe.

Ordered a desk from Vidaxl which came a lot earlier than expected. Once i opened the box, the item was slightly damaged. I immediately emailed Vidaxl and to my surprise, I got a response with a solution in a couple of hours.

Really bad for International…

Really bad for International deliveries.
Used Nextdayvapes for the very first time from the Netherlands. Made order on the 20th and still not received anything.
They do not provide a tracking number unless you ask for it via opening a ticket.
I usually use a different website and within 3-4 days, I get the product through my door. It's over a week now and nothing so far. Their partner delivery service is showing as 'parcel cannot be found'
I have no idea where my product is.
Not impressed at all.
I also have to reset my password each time I want to log into the website. Not the best experience so far.

Hired Connells to do a check in and…

Hired Connells to do a check in and check out service and to find me tenants. Tenant finding was no problem, but they just wanted their money so skipped the check in service and did not do an inventory, lied about the property being in pristine condition, only for me to find out that it was a complete tip. Based on their account i released the deposit.

Repairs cost me 500 quid and now Connells simply ignores your emails.

I was not given any references, any inventory, no communication regarding the tenant, no DD set up.

Best friend till they get your money and then it's adios.
One of the worse companies I have had to deal with in recent years.

When trying to get your business it's all happy days and very responsive, until the check clears and then they don't care and ignore your emails and requests.

Never again. cowboys.
