Totally useless customer service. Script readers
I got my M series electric bike. After a few weeks the acceleration randomly cuts off. Took it to dealer and they said the wire came loose. Since then, it randomly keeps coming back. Otherwise bike runs fine but it is dangerous. If in the middle of traffic, it powers down. Shame.
Then comes the app. Basic app and now they charge a 50 euro a year subscription. Unfortunately it doesn't work for push notifications which is what the service offers. Contact customer service who refuse to refund for a service they did not make good on. Why would you scare me into getting this service and then tell me it doesn't work for your phone. 4 months I have been arguing with them. Different person replies each time with a different reply.
Useless customer service.
Would not recommend Thier products.
Edit: After response from Johnny below, reached out again. Still no response. what a surprise(!)
