Firstly I am disappointed to read other negative reviews. I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. I have spoken on the phone and received exceptionally helpful and kind responses. I purchased the Spatec Whirlpool Bathtub – Nova 170 ECO Complete with headrests, bluetooth etc. I am DELIGHTED with it. It has a waterfall style tap to fill the bath, it comes with a shower attachment which is perfect for washing your hair. It has underwater relaxing lighting which runs through a series of lovely colours and it has 28 jets which you can choose a combination of or have them all. It has a minumum to maximum setting (I have not needed it to be on Maximum as the jets are really powerful) I can have the jets massage my back and shoulders or just the ones on the bottom bubbling away. I also opted for the bluetooth function so I can listen to my music whilst in the tub. The control panel on the bathtub paired easily with my phone. I absolutely LOVE IT. It was delivered to my garage by the driver who wheeled it in on a pallet. I was kept informed all the way through from ordering to the shipment date to the carrier - everything was emailed to me as it happened. My plumber installed it and tested it and it worked perfectly first try. I use it very often so I am expecting a big water bill but it is definitely worth every penny.

I have just had to euthanize my best companion Oscar a 15 yr old persian boy who I loved dearly and who loved me back. He had bloods taken about a month ago and I was told he was in perfect condition - nothing at all wrong but sadly since then he developed a mass under his tongue which was cancer. He was able to eat and hung on for another 8 days but then it became clear I had to make that awful decision. I elected euthanasia with a private cremation and to have his ashes back. I did expect my claim to be met for the euthanasia but I also expected I would need to pay the excess. However, I received a lovely letter from Pet Plan beautifully worded and a cheque for the entire amount. Excess was waived as a kind gesture of good will. I was so taken aback I had to ring to say thank you for such a lovely gesture when I was in such a sad place, I really appreciated it so much. It means such a lot when you are grieving to have such a nice kind gesture and sympathetic words from Pet Plan.

I would give this company ZERO STARS if I could. Customer service is APPAULING- non existent. They sent me one wrong item and one damaged item and are expecting me to pay to return them. It's been going on since December. Now I have to get my money back through my bank. DONT BUY FROM KASPERFIT !!!

I ordered a Blackbird Dierama from Westcountry Nurseries. It arrived really quickly. It was extremely well packaged to ensure no damage could happen to the plant in transit. It arrived as a very healthy looking plant not a single leaf was either wilted or damaged in any way. It went straight into my garden and is looking very well indeed. It is too young to flower this season but I've no doubt it will grow into a lovely healthy specimen and given a coup!e of years I hope will produce some stunning flowers. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely shop with Westcountry Nurseries again.

Wob is a great way to grab your favourite book for a fraction of the brand new price. The description 'very good' is exactly that. The books I purchased were just like new. They arrived well packaged to avoid any damage. They arrived promptly and the website is easy to use and browse for your choices. Excellent service will definitely use again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUNCH IF SCAM MONGERS !!!!I wrongly purchased a vacuum immediately within seconds tried to cancel- they said it was already shipped ? Rubbish. They sent it but I've had around 6 days of stupid emails saying I must keep it for 10%discount or return it to China and pay customs,shipping and it may not get back !!!the return label shows a UK address I will be sending it back to. Then I'll have to fight to get my money refunded. !!! Don't touch this company !!!! Update 27/11/23 I'm still getting almost threatening emails saying I have to return to China but I have to pay shipping and customs and it may not arrive then I won't get a refund. Nonsense. There is a UK return address on the label- I'm sending back there and photographing everything. I will then bombard them with emails and get my bank involved. What a bunch of criminals !! Further update Dec 20 I'm still getting the same generic emails offer g discount to keep the vacuum. I returned it already to the address on their own label but I still get The stupid emails and still no refund !! I am contacting my bank and trading standards about these scammers/ robbers !!! And after reading other reviews I am also contacting watchdog !

Good products at great prices and prompt delivery all well packaged. For heavy items so much easier to purchase on line and have delivered. Very happy with the service.

I paid a little extra to have my parcel the next day. It arrived very promptly and not late in the day. Packaged very well and the delivery driver was very courteous. I will definitely shop with The Range online in the future.
