Never again. Avoid.
I ordered 3 items a size larger than necessary. All were much smaller, one I couldn’t get on. The photos are not at all accurate. My sweater showed knitted cuffs and trim. Instead they were cheap polyester.

Dresses too small; too expensive to return
I ordered two dresses with cat designs which I love. When I tried them on they were very tight in the bust line. I emailed them & said I'd like to exchange them for one size larger. They took a few weeks to respond but they said the cost of shipping is very high so they said I could keep the dresses & get 20% off on another order. Guess I'll have to give the dresses away to a friend but I really wanted them for myself.

I would give this company ZERO STARS if…
I would give this company ZERO STARS if I could. Customer service is APPAULING- non existent. They sent me one wrong item and one damaged item and are expecting me to pay to return them. It's been going on since December. Now I have to get my money back through my bank. DONT BUY FROM KASPERFIT !!!
