In fairness to the product it worked perfectly and exceptionally until last week, nearly a year from the date of purchase (April 2024). The rotating brush stopped working, I tried removing the brush to clean any potential blockages however still does not work. This vaccum is rendered useless due to the brush not working as it assists in lifting the dirt. Extremely disappointed that a £200 vaccum only lasted a year, as the business which I thought was reputable has vanished leaving me with no options for a resolution. I am quite diligent when purchasing online however this one definitely got me. There were multiple indenpendent reviews online.

Have had this hoover for a year, but hasnt worked for 2 months. Bought as I am disabled and it was lightweight. Initially worked well, and good suction for 5 months and then barely picked up. Now it wont charge and is showing E08 fault, but dont know what this means. No contact info works, emails bounce back. DONT BUY!

If there was an option for "no" stars i would have used it. Over a year after purchasing an Aspirato hoover i am still so angry that this company are still getting away with sales. The hoover was awful, cheaply made and broke within 3 months. I tried cancelling this order prior to receiving it but was told this was too late. Customer services were also awful and kept asking for "video proof"
I have since thrown away this hoover as it was so awful !
I wish that this company could be looked into and refunds given to everyone that has purchased one !

The aspirato vacuum cleaner is not reliable that the brush spin on and off after a few months purchase. The after service is completely rubbish and I could go nowhere for necessary repairs.

Aspirato cordless vacuum cleaner: Absolutely rubbish and Disappointing Performance

I am thoroughly disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. I bought it a year ago 29 March 2024 and I had this problem since day 1.

The suction power is almost nonexistent, making it virtually impossible to pick up debris effectively. To make matters worse, the brush roller seems completely finished—it barely spins and does nothing to help with cleaning. Even when the vacuum does manage to pick up some debris, it ends up spitting it back out, likely due to the suction problem.

I’ve tried everything, from cleaning filters to checking for blockages, but the performance remains abysmal. It’s frustrating to spend time vacuuming, only to have to go over the same area multiple times, and still not achieve clean results. This product is simply not worth the money. Avoid at all costs unless you want a vacuum cleaner that creates more mess than it cleans. Also where do I buy the roller brush, the company seems to have closed down.

It's the worst cleaner I've ever bought. No suction ,easily blocked. When I vacuum small particles up and turn off machine dirt drops out. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY,2 reviewers have rated it the best, I think they've been paid cos it does nothing like what they say.

The vaccum doesn't actually suck up the dirt. I get stripes of dirt and dog hair. The tube then gets clogged up. It was top of the list for recommended battery hoovers, hence why I bought it. But it is rubbish.

Poor performance hoover, after hoovering you pick it up and dirt falls back down the tube onto the floor, poor suction power, poor battery performance I would not recommend this product, I read online David Brown recommendations, will not be listening to him again.

I wish I had read the reviews can’t believe we have all been conned. I see this company operating under another name and this David brown giving great reviews it’s another scam I paid £179 down the drain. Very noisy picks up nothing and no one seems to be able to contact them or get our money back I’ll write another review when I get the name of the con artist. It’s now under Typkur always scammer’s review everything

Never received the product, after months of emails, they eventually stopped relying. They are a SCAM, do not go near them.
I made the mistake of reading reviews after i ordered and tried to cancel within 10 mins of ordering to be told it was too late as it was on its way...yeah right. Anyway it got sent to wrong address and they still have not refunded.
Now as they wont respond I have learnt a tough lesson...please don't make the same mistake and have any dealings with this SCAM company.

Total waste of money charge goes from 100% to 50% in about 3 mins takes forever to recharge now the hose at the pickup end has split and is totally unusable tried to contact them they are as fake as you get do not buy this product

The vacuum cleaner was OK, but nowhere near as good as the review I read, which I now believe was false.
The brush head and light stopped working, so I tried to contact them through the email address I got when I ordered it. That address is now deactivated, so I can't get any help, or any parts. That is £180 wasted then! I feel, like many other customers, this is just a scam. Avoid this company.

I have already put a reveiw about this company last year, but now i have another problem with them. My son ordered a vacume for me last year but the company cancelled the order from there end after i had been wating 5 weeks for delivery. It wasnt till i contacted them that i new about the cancellation. He notified Klarna as that was how i was paying for it explaining everything and sending the emails of proof of cancellation. Now all of a sudden he is having CRS DEPT COLLET COMPANY chasing him for £189.00 on Behalf of KLARNA for payment for the hoover we have never received. Spoke yesterday to Klarna and they are saying i need to get intouch with Aspirato again asking to cancel order to Klarna and they will update records. Tried to email Aspirato which Klarna gave me and the email comes back as cannot be found.

Can't believe this company has been allowed to sell hoovers

My Aspirato vacuum cleaner is useless as it drops all the dirt it's sucked up. I just emailed them at the correct email for support, and the Postmaster bounced it back, so I checked these reviews only now and realise that's £180 down the drain after less than one year. Very angry to have been clearly scammed by a fake company.

Very disappointed. Clogs up regularly. Leaves debris in the brush head after use which then falls out onto the carpet. Poor placement of on/off switch. Charge goes from 100% to 60% in minutes. Very difficult to pull sections apart.

Where has the company gone?
I bought it less than a year ago, and the company disappeared online. They got burst, assumably.

Poor design of detachments. Loss of suction often. Dust chamber gets stuck due to washable fine filter blockage very often. Location of power button is awful, in the handle, that get hit when you vacuum the floor. Not worth for the money. I used Argos Bush cordless £80 for 5 years with no complaints. Please don't buy this product.

Bought this based on it apparently coming first out of 10 cordless vacuum cleaners in 2023...clearly that was a fake review.
Utter rubbish. I've read other reviews that say it doesn't pick up and mine is the same.

I'm on about my 8th email to the company who just send endless remedies and so called fixes all of which I've tried to no avail.

They eventually told me to sell it and offered me a 5% discount on a new one or as a refund. Not quite sure what they meant.

The suction power is poor, it doesn't pull the debris into the bin and the brush constantly fails to operate correctly.

I note one user is or has appeared on "Rip off Britain" I shall watch that with interest.
