First time user and had to ship to Russia. Everything was made easy and simple to follow. Parcel collected on time and it arrived at it's destination 10 days quicker than stated. Excellent service and will use again in the 2022, especially for shipping overseas. Tracking was brilliant as well.

Love Freemans great customer service but they need to change their courier. Hermes have never been good with next day delivery. I paid for next day but took 4 days to get here. Not Freemans fault and they have said they will refund the postage but I needed it next day
