Hermes are very easy to use

Hermes are very easy to use. All i do is book on line and they collect the next day. The driver who collects is always helpful and friendly.
I have used Hermes many times and in general have been very good.
The only sour side is when you try to get through on the phone if a package has not turned up it takes ages to get through to there help line.
That apart they offer a good service in general

Bad Customer Service

I have purchased from this company a number of times, twice this month and have never had any problems. Sadly the last bouquet for my mums birthday 2 weeks ago the roses drooped a day after she put them in water and the heads started going brown. I contacted customer service and they asked for photographs, this was not possible as my mum is in her 80s and does not own a camera let alone a computer. This was their first reply:

I am very sorry that you feel the bouquet of flowers that you ordered was unsatisfactory. As advised we require photos within 3 consecutive days of delivery.

Unfortunately without any photographs from yourself we are unable to authorise a fresh bouquet to be sent out or a refund.

I apologise once more for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

As a goodwill gesture we will however offer you a discount voucher off your next purchase should you wish to use our services again in the future.
That does not help as I will be ordering more flowers from a different company.
I did not expect this response
