I had to chat on line as I couldn't sign in/order. I messed around with my caches and added Next to my safe sites. Sorted and bought the sandals and the yellow rubber sandals at once. The Birkinstocks' style are a one off, not even available on their own website had them!

Super next day delivery - yes and using Evri - I've never had any troubles with them. Clothes I ordered all very well made and affordable. Very happy. And fit me. I'm an odd size, as I think most women in their early 50's are. My bust is a size18, my tummy a 20 and my hips a 20, so I need things that balance me not attract the lumps and colours that flatten! I am tall too, so length is important as well.

It is still in transit and hasn't been updated since yesterday 9th March.I paid for 5-6 day delivery as I intend to wear the dress to my Fathers funeral, which luckily at a later date now. $16 for quicker delivery does not seem to work. This is most unfortunate as I have bought lots from you in the past and never had any problems.

I have found the whole process to be easy and transparent. What you see is what you get. There are no traps - not that I could find, and I believe ( correct me if I'm wrong) but you can sell an item you may win if it is unsuitable. For example I am disabled and therefore do not drive anymore, but I may win a car. I am on a subscription to make my life easier and I am after the houses and the money! It would make my life so much easier!

I ordered the item on 16th December purposely for it to go out then. It was not sent until 19th, and therefore did not arrive in time for Christmas. I know there were strikes, but everything else got there in time. Nevermind. It was a terrible time for all posted items, and therefore not your fault.

Happy cheerful man handled box well and told me it was heavy at one end. Took a photo for proof of delivery, I know this to be true.

Evri are always very good now they have sorted out all of their teething problems - not that I had any, but I know in other areas of the country people have been tearing their hair out! My local chap is always here when he says he will be and seems organised,

I was strangely suprised as how good it was! Despite having to chase my results - they came through immediately, anyone can have an oversight. My results were as expected ! I am gluten intolerant, but didn't know I couldn't eat buckwheat or brown rice! Things I rely on as substitues for pastas durum wheat! I was interested in the kidney beans too. I know I'm allergic to various other things too, but without telling my life story there were a few shocks! B3 whoever knew!!

I received my sandals, unfortunately they were too narrow. I sent them back on 28th April 2022, I still have not received my refund.

The lady who seems to have taken over from Colin, who was with us for years, is friendly, smiley and knows what she is doing. We have 2 small dogs, which are very noisy and people could be deterred by them. However, we have a notice by the front door and on our gate, and she is very reasonable in waiting for me to shut them into the lounge so that I can open the front door safely. I wish more people did this.

We have had the same courier now for a few years and he does his job well, come rain or shine, snow or blizzards! He is friendly and chatty, and he gets the right day and parcel whether it be collect or return. He is trustworthy and reliable.

The only reason I give 4/5 is that you do not belong to the VAT relief for those of us who are disabaled, it turns out though that you can send a paper invoice and I can claim it from the Government separately. I am yet to do this as I have no idea how to go about it.
I ordered 2 back cushions and an abdominal back support. The cushions ar excellent, even as part of the settee, they make a difference. The wrap support did nothing for me, but my partner wears it everday now.

Quick easy to use website, found what I wanted straight away, easy t ouse payment method as well. And both items fit perfectly. Layering for now, will be used as shirts in summer.

Brilliant customer service, but have yet to receive items after 3 weeks!!! Something to do with lack of stock being delivered...thern lost in transit, then to be optimised for next stock delivery. I just hope so.

Hermes are consistently good. They are friendly and keep you in the loop if your parcel is going to be unexpectedly late, say they quote from 10am to 12pm, they might then send out, apologies for lateness we are now expecting to deliver your parcel today between 2pm and 4pm
