I know my Hermes delivery man well now as he has been with Hermes for over a year, may be mmore. He is punctual and cheerful. He must be local too, as when I am walking my dogs, I often see him out and about and he is very friendly. Despite being absolutely awash with parcels at this time of year, he always has time for a quick chat. Delivery wise, on time, and returns wise ditto. Couldn't be happer.

Despite having past good experience with Complete Care Shop, this time around was poor. I ordered a toilet bidet and after a few days I received an email declaring that my payment had failed. I went back and re-ordered. So I eventually ended up with two bidets...and being charged twice!! When I tried to get a refund and the cost of sending the item back I came up to a brick wall, with them saying that because I had ordered twice in error (their mistake btw) I had to cover the costs. Since the item was of little value and the whole debacle was a faff, I have given the second bidet to a lady who has a sister who would be in need of it. It took 7 emails before I gave up.

Excellent array of products which are easy to find. Good quality and sensible prices. Update regarding delivery and efficient service.

Easy to find what you need to buy, good communication on ordering and quick delivery. Great products, great prices, good quality. You get what you pay for.

They have improved 10 fold in the last 10 years. We used to have an old couple do the runs, and despite being very friendly, they were obviously beyond the job. Then we had various people, all nice, but didn't stick with it, and now we have had the same chap for a few months. He is friendly and amicable.

Ordering easy and emails to support progress of order, including delivery date. Items packaged securely and with minimum fuss, i.e. correct sized for items enclosed, which are as described.

Excellent company, very resourceful - i.e. if they are going to be delayed, they will let you know and suggest another time slot and give you the chance to arrange a safe place to put your parcel, ask a neighbour etc. Also very friendly and business-like.

My order arrived the next day!! It is exactly as expected and once i've run out (3 months) I'll be re-ordering. I knew I could get the item i needed with the correct ingredients from here and at a good price.

Quick and excellent service, easy ordering. Nice surprise to have an extra thrown in too. Beautifully packaged too.

Package arrived within a couples of days, beautifully packaged and not overly so. Pots and pans just as described and I have enjoyed starting using them,

Using the web site was really easy. The only part I found difficult was the returns. I have never come across click and collect before so when it's spelt to me by my email query I still didn't understand it!! I must have been very infuriating for you, but the customer service team were great.

Lots of wonderful products t decent prices and the produce is excellent too. Arrived within 3-5 day quoted too. I bought leaf tea and essential oils.

Standard delivery but arrived well within time given. Cases, superb quality, slightly larger than pillow, unlike standard covers, so much easier to put on when you have weaker fingers.Colour slightly different to web, but not so much that it doesn't match with covers already in use. Also price! I got two pairs for the cost of one normal pair!! Bargain.
