I have been using YuMove for my pets and me for years. They are very good, even at this time of year when they must get overrun with orders! I use the pre and pro biotics for the dogs, usually the paste, but more recently the tablets as they were half price! 300 of them!

Very quick acknowledgement returns and very quick we have your return and processed.

I was a bit nervous about using this method to send my parcel back. I don't tend to go into town, but luckily I was nearby at the dentist. I used the number not the code and chose medium size. The screen said please use the open drawer to your left. I tried all the drawers to my left, until I saw the open one! Right at the bottom! I suffer from CFS so it was quite way down. It was easy, and now I know how it works, I may use it again. I prefer Evri though. InPost I think is for the youngsters!

Handled my parcel well, waited for me - I'm not quick to move, took photo and went. Friendly.

After much palava I managed to get a refund for the 2 initially bought dog coats, which I am very pleased about. I have since bought a different design for my 2 dogs and they fit brilliantly! Word of warning, if you have say a Jack Russell or similar the Danish Design in Black will be like Batman's Cape on your little dog. The Teal or Blue coats which are closer to the body fit brilliantly.

Finding you was great as you do my kind of dress/tunic. Very much like Joe Browns, but with not going overboard like they do - trying to hard. Ordered a lovely tunic, with a turtle cowl neck. Great colours and pattern, fits nicely, roomy around the tummy so flattering too. Super price. Good quality.

Very easy to use website, can say NO to things you do not want. I am interested to find out if they work. Not overly priced as some of these sites can be.

Quick to find what I needed online and found it available. Good options too if item I wanted was not there.

Since our regular chap is back, everything went smoothly.

They have sped up their delivery and changed their returns policy for the better. The only new part I do not like is that they ask you why you have chosen an item, I do not mind that, only you have to share it with facebook or twitter - why not the other customers?

Driver could do with being more courteous, like talkative, spent the entire time looking at his phone, didn't notice I wasn't aware that he was from Yodel - I.E I was standing there with a selection of returns! Like a wally! He looked at my parcel and said, you're number 18, i've only got 60 to do today! Hmm. By them time I'd got back indoors etc, he was still there faffing about!!!

Next day delivery as usual. Unfortunately I need to return the dress as it is over large and gapes.

Easy ordering and exactly what we needed for an upset tummy! It worked in 24 hours! 3 twists in the morning and the same in the evening and perfect poos in the morning! No cowpats in the house to welcome us as in the previous 2 days! Thank you.

I've knocked a star off due to having problems with checkout. It spent an age circling and I went off to do something else. Obv that time it worked, but I need some worming tablets and I just can't seem to get to checkout! Very very annoying.

As always bang on in every way, easy ordering, next day delivery, I pay a yearly fee of about a tenner to have free P&P and returns, which helps enormously, otherwise it's £4.95 per parcel. Items always of good quality and good value.

Easy to follow, proven track record, it isn't a con. Was worried about that at first, but seems to be real. Check first that your postcode hasn't been a big winner. So far no gain but the fact that you are giving to charities on a regular basis is a really good feeling.

Brilliant job as ever. Unfortunately all items absolutely enormous! I am in the middle of losing weight, so all measurements are shifting and my hips are a 16, tummy a 20 and top an 18! it is no wonder nothing fits.

Easy to find a fantastic pair of pyjama's with loose wide legs and a soft over large top, both in a light green flannel. They are delightfully warm, but not sweaty. I had been given a pair of PJ's for Xmas but they had tapered cuffed legs, which were so tight I had to cut them, but that made no difference. (M&S). They where not elasticated either so you couldn't adjust them. These however, are wonderful!! Well done to have relaxed fit nightwear!

Arrived on time, very cheery. Nice chap. Felt at ease in his presence.
