My returns was received swiftly. And I was notified as such too.

Now that our usual chap is back on the road, everything went smoothly!

Very good at his job, friendly, parks wisely and delivers when he says he is to.

The driver for Evri had his van off the road for two days, hence my parcel being delayed in collection and my recent ones delayed in arriving. But you know, the chap said contractors are paid per day, so don't have the impetus to do their job properly. He gets paid per parcel so has a target.

Purchase went fine, but return still awaiting to be collected. Not happy, hence 4 stars, as new chap seemed to be doing so well! He has one more day to collect it.

Delivery on a BH Sunday, delivered to my door, so a bit exposed, would prefer as stated under our bench as not so obvious from the road, but well positioned, luckily the dogs were in.

Just what I wanted. I previously bought a black crinkle shirt as a swimsuit coverup but it was so big, it didn't look right! I sent that back. Then I saw a more kaftan long sleeved one in blue, unfortunately that too was was huge and somehow tight in the middle! That went back, then! A perfect blue crochet cover up! Excellent, good price and I could wear it as a cover up over a top and trousers too!!

Had just what I needed for our two dogs - worming tablets. Crushed them into their breakfast, ate it all!! No problems with post or anything. Great prices too.

I feel like a valued customer and everything is in hand and nothing is too much trouble. My item was picked up and returned, and within the hour I had a email from Next to thank me for my return and that they had it in their system.

Ease of purchase and return. Evri seemed to have returned to their efficient ways, which caused some problems for a bit. Item was rather large so I returned it.
