Imagine a new car with the door damaged in a car park after only owning the car for a few days.
Revive sent Tyler to sort it out. I can only say what a fantastic job Tyler did. nothing was to much trouble. Tyler's attention to detail with pride in his work customer satisfaction was paramount.
He is pleasant explains each stage of the process. What a valuable asset to Revive importantly he also loved the company he worked for.
I'm confident Tyler will do well in life.
What a brilliant tradesman.

I have a new car, sadly scratched in a car park after a few days of ownership. My claim was rejected because it was within the first 30 days. Basically in an email I was told to read the small print.
Save yourself the money.

I have been a customer of specsavers…for 6 years
I have been a customer of specsavers for some years now, one thing I have found is their quality of lenses is not as good as they suggest they are. Also excellent staff but choose wisely some of the staff are not as proficient as others, my new glasses one week old have just fallen apart ! I'm confident they will put it right but again should this kind of thing happen when you pay £250.00

Casio watch GWN-1000B-1BER
Purchased Casio gulfmaster GWN-1000B-1BER on the internet from authorised reputable dealer.
On receipt of goods digital display had missing pixels this was most visible in the temperature mode.
This watch clearly faulty from manufacture. Six weeks later Casio have still not replaced of repaired this item.

Item casio Gulfmaster GWN-1000B 1B watch arrived did not work
Bought a Casio Gulfmaster on arrival display did not work, No reply from my emails to Mobi city so I thought rather than waste time, I would use the international warranty and send the watch direct to Casio for repair. I am still awaiting this product to be returned to me that was 14 days ago. I have always loved Casio products, However I now have concerns of how legitimate some of these items are. which in effect is a reflection on CASIO itself.
The sales support from this company is poor, I thought the law was quite clear on the sale of faulty goods!
I have email correspondence from, Vanna and Raven but nothing other than polite messages asking me to take a photo of the fault and how we can serve you better?
One last thing, you get no invoice with or any correspondence of a return address.?
Avoid this company at all cost.
