Item casio Gulfmaster GWN-1000B 1B watch arrived did not work
Bought a Casio Gulfmaster on arrival display did not work, No reply from my emails to Mobi city so I thought rather than waste time, I would use the international warranty and send the watch direct to Casio for repair. I am still awaiting this product to be returned to me that was 14 days ago. I have always loved Casio products, However I now have concerns of how legitimate some of these items are. which in effect is a reflection on CASIO itself.
The sales support from this company is poor, I thought the law was quite clear on the sale of faulty goods!
I have email correspondence from, Vanna and Raven but nothing other than polite messages asking me to take a photo of the fault and how we can serve you better?
One last thing, you get no invoice with or any correspondence of a return address.?
Avoid this company at all cost.
