I am sorry to read that you are unhappy with our service regarding your recent order and for the fault with the air gun purchased.

You reported this fault to us on the 8th of January and we asked you to call to arrange an exchange on the next available run. From looking at my system, I can see an exchange order was created on the same day. However, at the time this exchange order was created, this was past our order cut-off point of midday on Tuesdays. This unfortunately meant that your order was placed onto this week's run between the 18th - 22nd of January. After looking at our delivery system, I can see that you have received your scheduled date and time of delivery via email and text.

I would like to apologise again for the fault with the product received and the delay, but due to UK Law we have to use our own drivers and vans for air gun delivery and so, this was the quickest resolution to the problem we can provide.
