Unacceptable delivery delays
Monies taken late May for 2 charger cables, after 5 weeks not received. Emailed and state due to being outside the EU can take up to 10 week.
July now and further email re not receiving and state an take up to 15 week due to warehouse being outside the EU.
For goodness sake it’s 2 x charger cables. A real pity they didn’t wait the 15 week to transfer the cash to their account.

Today, monday, next banking day, I found the full amount refunded on my credit card. Always available, kind and helpful in chat, they are just a little bit slow about order processing and you cannot have a delivery date you can count on.

Great prices but the delivery dates are totally fictitious, 6-8 days turned into 7 weeks (I kid you not), in fact the deliver took so long the phone would have been £40 cheaper to buy by the time it arrived!

When I read all the opinions right after the order was made(I know!) I was freaking out! It was a present for the bday- Amazon Echo, that is not available anywhere in Spain and this site offered it within 6 days delivery for a fair price. So I ordered and likely everything went just great. The delivery date has been changed twice though, from 28.03 to 31.03 and then to 03.04, however, in the end, I got the package on 31. The speaker is original with all the instructions in English and was delivered from UK.
The company worked well for me
I was looking on the site and reading the reviews,I was a bit worried after i paid for my item ( Sony Z5 premium) ,after looking the price was normally £600 from Amazon etc,However on MobiCity it was £370 ,I paid for the item,I also had follow up emails regardsing my item ,It was supposed to arrive on Thursday ,I received my item on Wednesday (day before) ,
Overall i am really impressed the item came in original box with original Sony items .
I would use and recommend again .
Late delivery, terrible service
I ordered a PlayStation 4 VR headset for my son for Christmas and was guaranteed delivery in plenty of time. The delivery never came (leaving us in a panic right before Christmas) and we needed up buying the product from gumtree for an overinflated price. The product finally arrived early January and when I tried to return it was told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee because even though I have every right to return, they have a policy to follow. I will not be returning to them (they also stated that the return is at their discretion). I will sell it on eBay instead. Way too much effort and stress involved to deal with this business.
Mobile phone with no battery and no response when contacted
I bought a new Samsung J5 mobile phone from Mobi City for my sons Christmas, it was delivered without a battery. I have tried to phone and email mobi city but they have not responded. My email has been unanswered and when I phoned they asked me to send a photograph of the delivery to them, they promised
a. an email response immediately to give a return email
b. that they would resolve the issue
They did no email me, I emailed their customer services with the photograph, having already emailed them with the complaint. I have not had a reply to either. I have had to purchase a battery separately costing £15

I wasted almost a week trying to order something, then being cancelled twice, then waiting for my money back (which didn't take to long luckily) but all in all a big wast off time and didn't by anything from them in the end..
Item casio Gulfmaster GWN-1000B 1B watch arrived did not work
Bought a Casio Gulfmaster on arrival display did not work, No reply from my emails to Mobi city so I thought rather than waste time, I would use the international warranty and send the watch direct to Casio for repair. I am still awaiting this product to be returned to me that was 14 days ago. I have always loved Casio products, However I now have concerns of how legitimate some of these items are. which in effect is a reflection on CASIO itself.
The sales support from this company is poor, I thought the law was quite clear on the sale of faulty goods!
I have email correspondence from, Vanna and Raven but nothing other than polite messages asking me to take a photo of the fault and how we can serve you better?
One last thing, you get no invoice with or any correspondence of a return address.?
Avoid this company at all cost.

I didn't buy on Mobi-city.co.uk but on the Spanish website. I was VERY skeptical about buying on this website after seeing so much bad reviews for the UK and Italian website, especially as I had a quite large order to make (1100€). However, I took the risk and wasn't disappointed at all. I received a confirmation e-mail after my purchase, a second email when my order was processed and a last one when my order was shipped. The last email said they would send me a Tracking Number when available and that my order should arrive in 2-4 working days. My order was shipped 4 working days after this last email so everything was as promised. I even received a EU plug adapter as the original plug was for US, very thoughtful. The only critics I could make is that I never received a tracking number, I was lucky enough to be home when it was delivered but it would have give me peace of mind to have one. Also, I sent 2 emails asking for this tracking number and never received any answer. All in all, I would buy again from Mobi-City. I guess their customer service is not the best but then again, some very reputable companies also have very bad customer service. And you can't have it all for one of the best value on the internet!

Avoid at all costs - cheap imported copies!
Unfortunately I am going to repeat most of the bad reviews to date. I bought my son a Nokia Lumia from this 'company' and when it arrived it was clearly an import however we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt as it seemed ok at first. However less than 2 months down the line, it has suddenly developed a faulty LCD screen which has definitely not been caused by us. One minute it was fine, the next unusable. I contacted the company by email only to receive a response that it was not a fault covered by the warranty so I called them and after 6 attempts, the phone was finally answered by someone who was quite obviously at home with children - not quite the professional company I was expecting. I was told again in no uncertain terms that it would not be replaced or repaired without a cost to myself and when challenging her with the fact that the item is quite obviously a cheap import, she stated that she would not argue and would not offer any resolution without a cost to us. This 'company' is obviously making money through selling cheap imported copies of the real thing and falsely advertising, i only wish i had read all these reviews before purchasing from these rip off merchants. I am now pursuing this through paypal.

i ordered from them lumia 640XL on 12/8/2015,and paid extra for delivery.
2-5 working days.after waiting 7 working days not received anything.
finally,i wrote to customer 3 times,and cancelled the order.
i got reply from them and said i will get my money back asap.
Guess what?
till today 28/09/2015 still no money
i had to call my credit card company and explained to them,and sent them a copies of the emails i sent to (mobicity)
i created with my Bank a (Dispute)application,to get my money back from this rubbish (mobicity).
please do not waste your money and wait for the item you will never receive
i would give them (-minus 5 star) if i can.
you have been warned,do not make the same mistake i had done

Had a broken device. Took over two months to have it returned. They kept saying "we will get an update for you". But don't hear from them. Suddenly, with no notice, it got returned.
I hope someone reads this before using them - I wish I had!

had a very bad expierience. Ordered an expensive smartphone, it came after 2 months, didnt work. A month later I recieved a working phone. 9 months later the same problem. They tell me the warranty has expiered. European warranty is 2 years. not 9 months.

I made my order on the 14th December, well before the date given on their website (19th December) that orders have to be received for GUARENTEED delivery before Christmas.
On the 22nd December I had not received the product so I spoke with them via their live chat. I must say the person I spoke to was helpful and apologetic and promised to email me an update as soon as they had one. During this conversation I asked for the cancellation policy IF I need to cancel it, a big emphasis on the IF.
I then get an email saying the order has been cancelled as they cannot fulfil my order before Christmas! Not at any point did I say this is what I wanted to happen, though I made it clear this may be an option.
I then spoke to the same person on live chat who said it was managements decision and was again very apologetic for the way I was treated.
Having the present arrive late would have been very troublesome, not receiving it full stop is disastrous. Had I not got in contact, I would not have been told it would not be fulfilled before Christmas! Horrible experience all round.
Dreadful Service
I am not satisfied with the way I'm being treated by MobiCity UK. They gave me no information as to the progress of my refund. They could not confirm receipt of the unit, or advise at what stage of the refund process the unit was at or where it currently is. I returned the unit 8 days ago. I have called 0161 883 0499 and spoken to Jessie, who says he has no means of telephoning a manager, and that Mobi City does not have a complaints procedure. He will not give me contact details for a manager. I want to raise a complaint and speak to someone in authority. I have tried to instigate a web site chat 4 times today and on each occasion I have been cut off. I suspect that this is because they recognise that it is me. I will keep attempting to contact them until I can speak to someone in authority.
Do not deliver on time and very rude
Would not use this company ever again. Website says dispatch within 3 days. One week later still haven't dispatched. Spoke to them and apparently dispatched within 3days means their supplier will dispatch the goods to them in 3days and then they send it to you.
