I upgraded my car policy,in order to be able to travel to France, on 23 March 2022. As of today (2 April) after several lengthy ‘phone calls and long waiting times before getting through, I still have no documentation although it has been promised every time. I gather that a new IT system has been installed and as is often the case in the UK, chaos ensues (HMG, BA and many others). If you were thinking of Direct Llne, think again! Their customer service is laughable.

Review of iCashCars
It is more difficult to write a "Good" review than a bad one, but here goes: I found iCash on Google and noted favourable remarks on Facebook. I had been offered a part exchange in Ipswich by the Audi delaer but this entailed having minor bodywork fixed and a long return journey. I sent the registration number and several photographs to iCash and received by return a reasonable estimation of the value of my motorcar. A day or so later a gentleman from Auto Planet in Milton Keynes rang me and we agreed a time for him to see the car. He arrived on time, took the car for a short test drive and then asked how much I wanted for the car as she was before any repairs. We agreed on a price, he paid it immediately into my bank account and the deal was done. He drove the car away and I avoided a hassle to visit Ipswich again. A win/win situation and I have to add a pleasure to do business with Yasir. I have since told several friends about iCash and also my garageman who often gets asked for help selling customer's cars. In conclusion, I can only add "Mention bien!"

Had all new windows and doors with double glazing installed 14 years ago and both the product and installation were excellent. Over the 10 year guarantee period a small number of adjustments were needed and made without fuss or delay.
Recently another adjustment was completed out of guarantee to the same standard as before.

Because of the near non existant 3g coverage in my home in Danbury, Essex I tried to purchase a Sure Signal Box. I was the offered it for free if I upgraded my plan. It seemed a good deal and I accepted; there followed two weeks of telephone calls, emails, messages and even a mandatory visit to Chelmsford to shew my iPhone messages to an employee so that he could type one into his screen so that a head office wallah could then be sure I was telling the truth. Needless to say Vodafone could not trace the message having been sent due to a complete systems outage lasting 24 hours the previous day. How can we produce such large and inefficient entities in this country? Again it will be no surprise to learn that the company then proceeded to charge for the box and took the money from my bank account. Eventually after more calls a complaints officer agreed to refund the box. Of course they managed to "save" on this "deal" as well by refusing to include the delivery charge of £5 in the refund! Finally they offered a refund of £13.20 as a goodwill gesture. When I sought to verify this by examining my account the item did not appear. The say it will eventually.......

The company had an IT problem. They believed they had replied to my emails and sent me screen shots to prove it. A charming Polish lady telephoned me and was apologetic. She confirmed that my iPhone has been repaired and posted to me. Royal Mail took three days to deliver it, but it arrived safe and sound and properly repaired as usual.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company,
