From getting a price through the online form, being contacted by phone, discussing and arranging an appointment to suit was all very professional, honest and straightforward. Dealt with Raj the following day face to face, again very professional and honest. Would recommend happily.

They need to learn the legality when providing someone with a quote that it is legally binding. Was quoted a price to find out they reduced it when spoken seconds later on the telephone. Would not recommend this company, they are unreliable and not trustworthy.

The process was very simple and easy to navigate. After registering my interest in selling my car, I was called within an hour. Ran through some questions and made arrangements to have a viewing. All members of staff I spoke to were courteous and helpful. The price given was very fair considering there was some damage to my vehicle. All in all a very worthwhile experience. I'd recommend to anyone.
