I was recommended this place from a friend. I ordered loads of jewellery for me and my daughters. All 3 of our ears become infected. My girls never even had them in half a day and they was in so much pain. I'd rather go to primark. Really disappointed because I really liked the look of the jewellery but the quality is terrible. Do not buy!

This airport is terrible

This airport is terrible! The staff are incredibly rude.

The staff have millions of English speaking customers a year but they can not speak one bit of English? They only know how to rip you off with money?

Antalya it's self is beautiful but the airport let's the whole country down. So disappointed. If the staff do not want to do their job they should quit asap ! Instead of making those who have paid money to visit time miserable.

By far the worst company I've ever used…

By far the worst company I've ever used in life for flying

The check in online does not work and they charge you 45 euros to check in even when proving the check in does not work .

Half the people who caught the same plane as me via wizz was charged as the check in was unavailable. Please bare in mind it's 45 euros per person!!!

The staff are rude

This company is a scam and deserves to be shut down 😭 I am still fuming !!

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. You are unable to check in online and they charge 45 euros at check in even though you can prove the check in is unavailable

The staff are incredibly rude. May it not be your family members that are treated like crap the same way you treat your customers

Our new composite front door was bought. We had excellent service from a polite, competent, and diligent crew (Matty and Anthony) from beginning to end. I'm so amazed. They even hoovered outside the front door left no mess. We highly recommend Eaton Home and would definitely use them for any future projects.

I ordered £90 worth of stuff

I ordered £90 worth of stuff. I haven't recieved the order. The company is ignoring my messages through email and on Facebook. Royal mail tracking is saying its delivered to Manchester. I'm in Birmingham. Not impressed I'll be honest.


Update.. no one has contacted me. Also nothing to do with Xmas as I made the order around 6 weeks ago.. the issue Is not resolved. Disappointed they could write such a lie !!

Update... the wardrobe outlet are trying to get my review investigated and taken down. I've provided proof of order. Proof of where the order was supposed to go to and proof that the order is in Blackburn somewhere... its not good enough. Either refund me or send me out another order. I'm not letting go of 90 quid for the fun if it !!

Update: Leader Floors are useless when it comes to claiming under your warranty. Even with proof of images they try to say we ourselves have done it from not using the floor properly. Unless your not supposed to walk on it?

Anyway I'm going ahead with legal proceedings. Please all I advise you do not buy flooring from this store. If you have made an order refuse it at the door or you will regret it!!!



I ordered flooring from leader floors a few months back. The floor was beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Around 2 weeks after having the flooring fitted I started noticing chips. Now around 6 months later there is chips in nearly every part of the floor. Small and big chips. My living room floor is covered with a large rug and all around the rug there is chips. Kitchen chips . I have made a complaint and will be taking it further as for the price I've paid it isn't acceptable. My previous flooring I paid quater of the price and it lasted 7 years and still looked new. This one I have just about had 6 months and it looks 60 years old. Disappointed

Update!!

I was right the quality of the wardrobe is awful. The doors get stuck and when trying to sort the doors out the whole glass smashed. They do not have replacement parts even for purchase . I am appaled with the quality of item and the service I have received.



Do not order from this place or you will regret it. Furniture is over priced and the quality is rubbish. Even as your building the wardrobe will chip away . It's so fragile. After 2 days it literally it looks 2 years. I want to return. I'm so angry. I also emailed them and had no response. Disgusting customer service

I was browsing through this site and…

I was browsing through this site and found a rug I liked. I put it into my basket and tried to see if they had klarna which they do but when I pressed by instead of a selection of ways to pay coming up it automatically brought the rug.

I cancelled the item straight away. I messaged through fb messenger , I emailed I even used their online form through their site .. still no response except to say the rug is been delivered.

1) the address was to my parents house
2) the billing address wasn't even correct so how did they manage to take the payment?

I can't review the product yet as the rug is to be delivered to my mums and I can't collect it as they all have covid..

Also I would of loved to keep the rug if paid through klarna payments but I simply can not afford to pay 160 pounds outright. But at this rate with 0 customer service skills I don't know how far ill get trying to return the item.. I'm very disappointed.

SELLERS BEWARE! Disgusted.

SELLERS BEWARE!!

1.buyers will buy items and say the item does not match description . Ebay will automatically give them a refund and even give them the option to keep the item. What kind of nonsense is this..

2.buyers somehow are able to pay for the item then cancel the payment . Therefore they recieve an item for free. Nothing eBay can do about it and PayPal just send you back to eBay.

3. I have 100 percent positive record but still as soon as someone lies about a parcel not been recieved even if it's months later and you no longer have reciept. Ebay will refund them

4. Customer service act like they care but they are all a bunch of useless liars who will be out of jobs soon when sellers stop selling because due to the amount of times they have been robbed.

You will need a lot of patience

Shpock customer service is disgraceful. The pushchair I brought had false advertisement. Shpock told me to take it to court... people are time wasters and dont bother to show up or let you know that they no longer want the item... I have had a few successful sales buy if you are opening as selling buisness I would not reply on shpock as you would end up bankrupt

Update...
Shpock has gone from bad to worse. I thought id retry it now they have shpock wallet so your less likely to get scammed... oh how wrong was i.

1. You can not withdraw the money without difficulties

2. When you buy something and it goes wrong do not expect any help from shpock even after paying an insurance fee.

3. I suggest you delete the app its less headache

AVOID

I had a courtesy car paid for through the insurance as someone had crashed into me.

They gave me a smart car . I recieved a phone call saying they had to change the car. We arranged for them to collect the car.

The guy came to veiw the car and said to me there is a scratch which is soo small it would be seen as ware and tear. So i signed it not thinking any thing of it.

Around half an hour later I had a phone call from the company saying that they would have to charge me because even though the scratch was small you could fit a finger nail in it.

He then asked me when would i like the money to come out of my account.

I said for him to take it out the following weds. He then said well the thing is charge will be put on to your account straight away.

Well what was the point in asking me? The money they took was my gas and electric for that week and food money.

I then told them to come and collect their car as i can't afford for them to take charges just like that.

When they came to collect the car he tried to say the tank was not full. I had the car less then 24 hours and did the school run which is 1 minute away in car. That is hardly going to use any petrol.

I refused to sign and the company said they will not charge me for the petrol not being full.

Obviously they couldn't as they had already scammed me the day before.

I suggest you DO NOT sign anything unless you are responsible for any scratches caused. Do not fall into their trap of wear and tear.

Disappointed

Quick delievery . Nice discounts. Awful quality. I ordered a load of clothes for my son and all the sizes are off. Out of 16 items around 3 or 4 actually fit. Good thing i have a younger son who i can save them for. The quality of some of the items are cheap , tacky and look nothing like in the picture. I will not order from here again as it is a waste of money. I havent bothered to return the items as ive just had a baby and cant be bothered with the hassle.

do not order a push chair from this company or you will regret it !!! this company reports all bad reviews and gets them removed!!!

My pushchair went it for repair !! has gone missing and the customer service is disgraceful !! the woman keeps hanging the phone up on me! I have no pushchair and have to carry my son around. if I was you I would go to a reliable company as this one is only after your money . I have a genuine order number so I should be able to write a genuine review. order number 22908 .

update !!! I'm so disgusted this company does not tell the truth . they said they couldn't help me as dpd was closed over the weekend. I'm on the phone to them right this second!!! and they are been a lot more helpful .

update still no pushchair because the company needs to raise the complaint and u cant get through to tell the woman to do so as all she does Is hang the phone up on me.

I will be making a formal complaint.

Update !!

The company didn't even bother to try and find out where my pushchair was . I had to go and sort things out for my self . Good for nothing.

The goods were confirmed as delivered, but our local DPD office closure over the bank holiday weekend didn’t allow us to find out any additional information until they re-opened.
The address to which the goods were delivered was eventually established by the courier and relayed via our customer services team.
Whilst we prefer not to ask our customers to fetch their goods from another address, the proximity of your neighbour’s address would have facilitated a speedier delivery.
