I was browsing through this site and…

I was browsing through this site and found a rug I liked. I put it into my basket and tried to see if they had klarna which they do but when I pressed by instead of a selection of ways to pay coming up it automatically brought the rug.

I cancelled the item straight away. I messaged through fb messenger , I emailed I even used their online form through their site .. still no response except to say the rug is been delivered.

1) the address was to my parents house
2) the billing address wasn't even correct so how did they manage to take the payment?

I can't review the product yet as the rug is to be delivered to my mums and I can't collect it as they all have covid..

Also I would of loved to keep the rug if paid through klarna payments but I simply can not afford to pay 160 pounds outright. But at this rate with 0 customer service skills I don't know how far ill get trying to return the item.. I'm very disappointed.
