do not order a push chair from this company or you will regret it !!! this company reports all bad reviews and gets them removed!!!

My pushchair went it for repair !! has gone missing and the customer service is disgraceful !! the woman keeps hanging the phone up on me! I have no pushchair and have to carry my son around. if I was you I would go to a reliable company as this one is only after your money . I have a genuine order number so I should be able to write a genuine review. order number 22908 .

update !!! I'm so disgusted this company does not tell the truth . they said they couldn't help me as dpd was closed over the weekend. I'm on the phone to them right this second!!! and they are been a lot more helpful .

update still no pushchair because the company needs to raise the complaint and u cant get through to tell the woman to do so as all she does Is hang the phone up on me.

I will be making a formal complaint.

Update !!

The company didn't even bother to try and find out where my pushchair was . I had to go and sort things out for my self . Good for nothing.

Sincere apologies for the ongoing issues with your order; there was an error in delivery of your repaired pram to a neighbour’s house.
The goods were confirmed as delivered, but our local DPD office closure over the bank holiday weekend didn’t allow us to find out any additional information until they re-opened.
The address to which the goods were delivered was eventually established by the courier and relayed via our customer services team.
Whilst we prefer not to ask our customers to fetch their goods from another address, the proximity of your neighbour’s address would have facilitated a speedier delivery.
Our customer services team pride themselves on addressing any issues in a timely and understanding manner; they do their very best to work with our customers to meet their needs.
It is our hope that the faults with your pram have been resolved by the Jané service team to your satisfaction and that no further issues arise.
