In general Evri are good. I have had a couple of instances whereby my parcel has got 'stuck' in their system but otherwise they are good.

Easy to order and arrived quickly.
I ordered the Advent Calendar which I obviously won't start until 1st December, however the contents list looks amazing value for money.

I had to subscribe so I got the October box which was OK. As a bonus I got a free mystery box which they claim is worth over £100 but there is absolutely no way this is true. I was disappointed with the bonus box.

Iain arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He cleaned our lounge carpet and extracted a LOT of dirt!!!
Our home is an 'ex Showhouse' so a lot of feet had walked on the carpet.....because of this, I cant say it looks brand new but it is soooo much better than it was. Fresh, clean and smells nice.
Iain did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him 😊

The product I purchased for my long suffering brother was 'CalmEar Auridrip' eardrops for Tinnitus. After reading all the 'hype' his expectations were very high. However, the drops did NOTHING at all to relieve his Tinnitus and the hype was false/fabricated.
They claim 14,000 ++ 5* star reviews on Trustpilot = FALSE
They offer 30 day money back guarantee = false. (they are refusing to refund in full, offering a pathetic 20%)
I have since seen the exact same product online through Ebay and Amazon for a fraction of the price.
My brother paid £29.95 for x2 small bottles .....you can get 1 bottle for approx £5 online. It still doesn't work regardless of price but losing £5 is obviously more bearable.
However, it's not about the price, it's all the false claims, aimed at long suffering people like my brother. Anybody who suffers with chronic Tinnitus will understand!
My brother has learning difficulties which is why I am posting this review on his behalf. We know there is no cure for Tinnitus but had just hoped for some relief but this product gave NONE.
I wish I had looked at other sources before purchasing from this scam company but I guess you live and learn.

Have used Nutrition Geeks for many years....they are my 'go too' for vitamins.
Although they dont cover every vitamin or supplement, their range is growing and what they offer is good quality and value for money.
I really like the small sized tablets.

This company is a SCAM.
I saw some GHD hair straighteners online for £49.95...seemed too good to be true but I checked all the necessary things to show it was safe to make a payment. However, after payment, there was no confirmation number and the page just
disappeared. I had taken screen shots of
my payment and managed to do an online chat with an assistant who denied
all knowledge of any payment. I insisted
that I had paid this money to them and
that the fraud team at my bank were now involved. She then said "oh yes, I have
just checked and can see it now" she
claimed I had purchased some kind of
subscription????? She said they had
never advertised any GHD straighteners.
I replied that I had NOT bought a
subscription of any kind either...I
know what I saw and bought and it was
not a subscription......why would I when
it was hair straighteners that I had put in
my shopping basket??
She made some comment about other companies using their name and assured me that the subscription was cancelled
and that NO monies had been taken, in
fact, she said my card had been
declined.
I had been in touch with my bank and they said the payment was "pending" which means they had not taken any money at this stage but they still could. I was told I had to now wait a full month to a) see if they did eventually take the
money and
b) see if any goods arrived (which they clearly won't!

3 days later, I could see on my banking
app that they had now taken the
money!!!! but I still have to wait the full
month before I can apply for a "charge
back" from my bank.
I'm assured from the bank that I will get my money back but only after the month
is up, just in case the goods turn up.
I know they won't turn up but I will have to play the waiting game now.
These scammers are holding onto £1000's of pounds of people's money,
getting interest on it until they are forced to refund the money by the banks
WHEN THINGS LOOK TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE .....THEY USUALLY ARE!
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE 😡😡😡


Update: I have since received a full refund which I am obviously pleased about.
The company keep asking me to now delete my review. I am not going to do this as my experience was real and caused me a lot of anxiety.
Viewers should check out the company and make up their own mind whether to purchase from them or not.
Their experience may be a positive one.

I suspected that I had made a purchase online from a fraudulent/scam company. I rang Tesco cc services immediately. The 3 different staff that I spoke to were very patient and helpful. The only problem I encountered was putting in my security # which they said was incorrect and it locked me out (it wasn't incorrect and they couldn't explain how that had happened) setting up a new code # was painful!!

Their information online about refunds is far from the truth.
They say to expect 14 days from when you return the item and a further 5 days from when they receive the item back.
My item took forever to reach them....however, they acknowledged receipt of parcel on 3rd April.....as of today, 15 April, still no refund received.
I have sent WhatsApp messages but you just get generic responses from AI Robots saying "it's going through the process". Raised a complaint via email which gives you a Complaint Ref # and promises to get back to you within 48 hours. That was 3 days ago and NOTHING/NO further response.
They are hanging onto thousands of customers money which will amount to £ thousands nationwide, all gaining interest for THEM from OUR money....it's disgraceful.
Other companies like M&S, Matalan, Tesco all manage to refund within 2 days.
This whole system should be REGULATED.

So far I have seen some difference in the whiteness of my teeth so yes I would recommend although I would imagine results will vary depending how stained your teeth are.

Delivery was extremely quick (next day after ordering late at night).
Ordered 3 dresses fir a Wedding and yet to decide which one I'm keeping, they are all lovely.

My mantra now is to always check Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing goods or services. It can save you a lot of hassle and anxiety to check out other consumers experiences.
There are good companies out there but also a lot of scammers and fakes.

Their website looks glamorous but in reality their clothing is sub-standard cheap rubbish from China. Nothing like their online images.
Their refund guarantee is full of lies.
Totally misleading.
