DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give this Company no stars I would. Purchased a dress for £34.95 it is faulty also looks nothing like picture they offered me 50 per cent off and to keep the dress since I would have to pay return postage to China. Nothing on their website about this. . Trading Standards have advised under UK Law they should pay the return costs if an item is faulty. I am still battling with them to get a full refund . This company is a complete scam.

I ordered two dresses as seen on Instagram, there was a delay in delivery but once they arrived looked nothing like the advertised dress!
I tried to return but was told to return to Albania, needing customs forms and excess charges. Alternatively I could keep them at a reduced price, but why on earth would I want to keep a substandard product.
I was told they couldn’t track the returned item down but then had an email saying the store had closed down!
The returns process was lengthy and obviously a waste of time as there was never going to be a refund paid.

Scam alert! Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a dress, and after waiting a whole month, what I received looked nothing like the picture. It was poor quality and way too big. I tried to return it, but you have to email them to start a return. I sent five emails and never got a single response. There’s no phone number to contact them either. Stay away!

Cheap Chinese clothes look nothing like the advert.
Had to send the item back to Albania , still no refund given.

Fake clothes website so professional but items are very cheaply made few pounds nothing more. Will say stay away from them.
Contacted through PayPal there warehouse is located in Albania which I don’t believe an automated message through email and is always Sofia name on it never changed.

I am telling and warning you this company writes positive reviews just to scam people like me and others, you avoid purchasing anything from here. Quality was atrocious, the dress was see through, even SHEIN and TEMU could do better and cost a lot less money. I complained many times and asked for my money back and they did not do anything about it. I wanted a refund and it would have costed my more than the dress to send it to Albania which is oversea! They never made me informed about my order coming from Albania, if so I would have considered and thought twice before purchasing the dress. Please avoid do not purchase or order anything please !!!

I ordered a dress and received a rag. Returns to Albania! Cost- half price of the rag! And it's on me. Advice for everyone: check reviews, regulating etc. before buying.

The dress I received looks nothing like the advertised photo or description. The image used is from a designer piece, but what arrived is cheaply made and poorly stitched. Although the company claims to be UK-registered, returns must be sent to Albania, with tracked shipping costing half the price of the dress. The return shipping fee is the buyer’s responsibility, meaning they profit from dissatisfied customers!

I bought the dress, did not look like the picture shown and emailed to arrange a return and still not heard off them. Extremely unprofessional!! Would not use this site EVER again!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

Their website looks glamorous but in reality their clothing is sub-standard cheap rubbish from China. Nothing like their online images.
Their refund guarantee is full of lies.
Totally misleading.

I bought four dresses from Lorena London, drawn in by their stylish designs and polished website. However, what arrived was nothing like the pictures. The dresses were made of cheap, flimsy material, the stitching was poor, and the overall fit and design were completely different from what was advertised.

When I tried to contact customer service for a refund, I was met with complete silence. It appears to be a misleading website, a scam, and may be reselling low-quality items from a Chinese supplier under false pretenses.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid Lorena London. Do not waste your money on this deceptive site, as you will never get what you paid for, nor a refund.

I recently ordered a dress from Lorena London, enticed by their elegant designs and promises of quality. However, the dress I received was a complete disappointment. The material felt cheap, the stitching was subpar, and the overall appearance was far from the sophisticated look advertised on their website. To make matters worse, the company’s registered office in London has been dissolved, raising concerns about their legitimacy. 

I attempted to contact their customer service for a return address and refund, but received no response. This experience has led me to believe that Lorena London may be operating fraudulently, possibly as a front for a Chinese website selling counterfeit products. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly research before making any purchases from this site.

Never buy from this sight, when you look at the photos, clothes look beautiful and with the supposedly offer, you will be like i have hit a FAIR bargain. When i received my item, paid £44 for a dress that was now on offer. The sizes was way too small. Material of thin and cheap. Felt ripped off. To add to it, you have to pay return charges or they offer you 15% back and you can keep the dress. But for what!
