Had a problem today with postage, Ive used your service without any problem for many years, today I was told that I could not post 2 parcels at my local shop because you have said that you have updated the way the parcels are packed, I have never claimed against any damage that has been done, and have not received any update form you regarding packaging, your new guidelines to the shop owner basically says I cant post parcel that looks like its wrapped in a black bin liner, where mine was packed in a Black bag that I had received containing goods I had purchased from a high street store which was delivered by your service, there is no information on line regarding the update of postage wrapping, what is happening.

Posted a parcel, but delivered to wrong address, courior posted parcel though door and took photo but OF WRONG ADDRESS, stupid HOLLY system means you cannot complain, receipient had to go around neighbours to find the parcel. NOT A VERY GOOD SERVICE, and Holly has not enough options to complain

The shutter supplied were well packed, and excellent product, the only problem is that there are no fitting instruction and nothing to tell you what the bits are in the accompanying small package, there is a small bottle with a nozzle in which I presumed was a glue but on using I think it was paint, so more literature is required in the product, otherwise I am very pleased with the shutter,

Pleasent engineer, explained what was happening, used van stock to repair boiler, tested, checked gas meter readings, found all to be OK, left after assuring me all was correct with my boiler.
