The engineer who attended our property (Andrew) arrived right at the start of the promised attendance window which was 08:00 until 13:00. He explained fully what he needed to do stage by stage to upgrade our broadband connection and on completion made sure that our broadband was fully operational prior to leaving site. Couldn't fault the level of customer service during his visit and what's more he left site clean and tidy both inside and out. Thanks.

Similar story to other reviewers, tried to source a replacement filter from both Samsung and a supplier I'd used previously for our old American fridge/freezer. Neither were able to match the price quoted by Filter Flair, in comparison it was more like buy one get one free. 2 genuine Samsung filters delivered within a couple of days, can't ask for better customer service than that.

Great customer service from booking the appointment for our annual boiler service on line on a day and time to suit us, then the attending engineer turned up as promised on time, was really courteous and extremely personable leaving no mess. Overall a 1st class experience.

What more can I say other than great customer service as usual from the Octopus Energy Team and in particular from Denitsa who provide all the relevant feedback requested.

Had my Ohme e Pod home charger installed today by Andy. Andy arrived bang on time as promised when he contacted me earlier and commenced the installation immediately. Installation was completed in just over an hour with electricity only off for around 10 mins. Really neat job, great customer service from start to finish, wish all tradesmen were as affable as Andy.

Can't fault the service from ProCook, just had our kitchen refurbished and treated ourselves ordering a new set of pans which were to our surprise delivered the following day. Great service, thanks.

Booked mobile tyre fitting on-line, service from start of the process to tyre fitting was seamless. Simon the technician contacted me when he was en-route, arriving within the time frame promised and completed the tyre fitting in less than an hour. Great service, will use again. Thanks

I've purchased from Sonic Direct previously so challenged them to meet the price of the item I purchased from another provider who had a Black Friday deal which was cheaper. They stuck to their promise and beat the price! Furthermore they sent me a text the night before the promised delivery day giving me a time frame for delivery. The crew (Anthony & Jermaine) then called me 30 mins before arriving at our address and completed delivery as promised. Great customer service with every promise met, can't ask for more than that.

Overall a great customer experience, there were issues with the delivery of the items ordered however that was down to the carrier and not Express Golf. The issue was subsequently resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thanks

The ordering process was straight forward and the delivery of the items was on the scheduled date. The delivery team brought the items into the property to the room specified as the items were heavy, both being in excess of 60kg. As always the packaging of the items was first rate with multiple layers of protection to prevent any damage in transit. Can't fault the overall quality of service, customer experience and quality of the furniture itself. Worth paying that little bit extra, well satisfied.

Nightmare, boiler beyond economic repair. 17 years service after all, however our maintenance contract with Homeserve covered us for the supply of the new boiler which was great news. We just had to pay for the installation. New boiler fitted and working a week later. Great customer service from Homeserve all round and in particular from the installation engineer who completed the removal of the old boiler and installation of the new in a day.

We've had several inflatable hot tubs over the years and decided it was time to treat ourselves to a "proper" hot tub once we knew it wouldn't be a fad and we'd use it regularly. We found Luxury Spas Direct by chance and once we'd been into the showroom and spoken to Andy we knew we'd be placing an order with them. Right from the off we had great service, we were kept up to date on the delivery timescales and once our tub was in stock the installation which required a crane lift and set up went as smoothly as could be expected. We've had the hot tub now for approximately 9 months and maintaining the water quality hasn't been an issues thanks to Andy's guidance during set up. Certainly if you're thinking of splashing out on a permanent hot tub of your own then there's no better place to start.

Called Homeserve as we have cover for our boiler and they committed to an appointment window. Called before hand and attended bang on time. They had our boiler up and running as it should within the hour after having to re-pressurise the expansion tank. They stayed on to ensure their work had fixed the issue. Their Engineers provided a great customer experience. Thanks

I manage my mothers account for her on line and noticed that her direct debit had been cancelled so I contacted E.on. Customer team were great in explaining that she was due to be moved over to E.on Next and that the direct debit would be reinstated as soon as her account was activated. I've since had e-mail confirmation of the same. Great stuff. Thanks Julie.

On confirmation they cancelled the repeat order and credited my account within 24 hours. I received my goods the following day. Thanks :)

So easy to book tyre replacements for my partners car on line and the service from start to finish was exemplary. The technician (Reece) was great and phoned ahead to advise of his ETA. Job done replacing all 4 tyres in in under an hour. Great service and so convenient. Next time either of us need tyres we know where to go. Thanks
