Review of E.ON Next Energy Ltd

My mum's account.

I manage my mothers account for her on line and noticed that her direct debit had been cancelled so I contacted E.on. Customer team were great in explaining that she was due to be moved over to E.on Next and that the direct debit would be reinstated as soon as her account was activated. I've since had e-mail confirmation of the same. Great stuff. Thanks Julie.
