Lovely natural looking makeup

I dont usually use makeup as do rubbish at applying when i saw Meroda i thought i would give it a try snd so glad I have. The foundation is easy to apply and doesn't look like my face is caked in makeup such a natural look. I will definately be ordering further products. It arrived quickly.

Ok up to delivery

Update on review given on 14th February after our visit. We purchased there and then an ex display and told it would be delivered on 28th February, we opted for a delivery courier recommended by sales assistant. Come Friday we had received no communication what so ever from anybody, not SCS or the delivery company, impossible to get through to SCS either via email, telephone or their website.
In state of panic we had been ripped off having given them our money I remembered they said the courier name was Flymove. With this in mind I decided to google Flymove Couriers one came up in Gloucestershire I had nothing to loose and rang them to enquire if they did deliveries for SCS in Cheltenham, the reply was yes we did several yesterday (Friday 28th) when we were supposed to have our.
Flymove were very helpful they said who did you speak to send me your order number and address we can deliver today. Eventually we did receive our furniture on Saturday early evening.
Thank you Flymove for a great service, but SCS well your follow up information what happened? where is customer service?
When would we have received our furniture, if we did not know or remember the name of the courier. I guess we would have made another trip into Cheltenham to the store and find out.

From walking in the door to leaving whole experience great. Staff very helpful and friendly explaing everything whilst not being over powering and leaving us to wander round in our time.

Excellent service

Even though I had to return the product as too small. The order arrived promptly and before stated timescale. The return process is great as there are several options, money was refunded fairly soon after I had returned.

All members of Jet2.com were easily…

All members of Jet2.com were easily recognisable with their lovely red uniform and were always smiling and happy to help right from arriving at the airport they were the first smiling faces to be seen and directed customers through the process making the experience easy.
Our return flight was delayed staff informed us of all up dates all the time and were happy to answer all questions. We were able to take out boarding passes to food outlets to spend 5 euros on food and drink due the delay.
The booking process was easy and changes easy to make.
Having not flown on our own for a long time we were wary of what to do but need not have worried as the staff were always on hand to help.

Easy process

Everything was easy to do from ordering to sending item back. The only slight down point is losing money towards postage when returning but that process was good I was notified by email when goods returned were received and when to expect money in bank

Thank you Shandre was very efficient and answered my query giving me further information regarding meter reads which is very helpful.
I had reason to further contact and Shandre was on the other end and again she was great and dealt with my further query on the same account.

Change of Occupancy

Why is it so difficult to change the occupancy no other utility company has the same problem. I gave all details as requested and still the change was incorrect. I have managed to speak to somebody today they could see my email's with information so fingers crossed it will be corrected

Refund

After booking tickets in 2018 and the concert being changed several times and laterally ñow to take place in 2023!!! I asked for a refund my message was answered quickly I had a reply to say refund had been accepted within a couple of days and a week later the money was back in my account. So great much appreciated thank you Ticketmaster.

Shambolic Slow

I have never in 20 years of dealing with Utility companies had such bad customer service. Normally if a tenant leaves a Unit and a new one comes in you can give a meter read and change over is the same day, oh no not with TGP it can take up to 6 weeks or more.
They give estimated readings on Smart meters ! So what is the point of a smart meter.
then proceed to keep taking money via direct debit even in in credit or they have hugely over estimated the meter read.
I have taken them to the obudsman previously.
Now today I have an email asking ridiculous questions relating to a refund they owe, all they need to do is refund the same bank account the money goes from.
then I am asked to carry out this survey on the representative who is base in CAPE TOWN !!!!
My issue has not been resolved therefore I can not give a review on the current person dealing with my query.
