Ok up to delivery
Update on review given on 14th February after our visit. We purchased there and then an ex display and told it would be delivered on 28th February, we opted for a delivery courier recommended by sales assistant. Come Friday we had received no communication what so ever from anybody, not SCS or the delivery company, impossible to get through to SCS either via email, telephone or their website.
In state of panic we had been ripped off having given them our money I remembered they said the courier name was Flymove. With this in mind I decided to google Flymove Couriers one came up in Gloucestershire I had nothing to loose and rang them to enquire if they did deliveries for SCS in Cheltenham, the reply was yes we did several yesterday (Friday 28th) when we were supposed to have our.
Flymove were very helpful they said who did you speak to send me your order number and address we can deliver today. Eventually we did receive our furniture on Saturday early evening.
Thank you Flymove for a great service, but SCS well your follow up information what happened? where is customer service?
When would we have received our furniture, if we did not know or remember the name of the courier. I guess we would have made another trip into Cheltenham to the store and find out.
From walking in the door to leaving whole experience great. Staff very helpful and friendly explaing everything whilst not being over powering and leaving us to wander round in our time.
