Box was squashed almost flat

Box was squashed almost flat, plastic packaging also squashed flat and plants inside squashed flat. The taller of the plants had been squashed as the top of the box had also been squashed! My plants have suffered before with this courier but never as badly as this.

Particularly well packed

I buy so many plants from this company that I have no idea which ones I'm reviewing! In general, the plants are well packed and healthy when I get them. I started my container garden from nothing in March this year and now its blooming beautiful. They usually arrive within the 3-5 days. There have been some delays recently, I'm not sure why. I keep buying and they keep coming.

Sarah was very helpful

Sarah was very helpful in organising a Smart meter appointment. As we are older and not so agile it has become difficult to read the meter...she also pointed out some discrepancies in our readings. Thanks Sarah, job sorted

Best mail delivery plants so far. Packaged with care and delivered with care. Healthy, beautiful plants; love my cherry tree, can't wait for a crop! Quick to answer questions and give me confidence that my orders will be good.

APPALLLING

There is simply no way to contact this company other than snail mail! Sent various messages through their contact page and received no replies. Waiting 17 days for plants to arrive... it's too late now! NEVER ever will I use them again. I highly recommend ROOTS in the UK. Great service, prompt response and beautiful plants.

Jasmin Star…great packaging for my new girl

Packaging and state of my Jasmin Star far superior to other mail order companies. She's now enjoying the sun and has made best buddies with her new friend 'Arch(ie)' Got another one due tomorrow. If you can sort out a wish list, I can keep adding to basket 😉

More staff required in store. We had to search for a staff member to help us. When we had chosen an item it was not available in store. We bought a different item that was available. If I'm shopping in store, I expect to be able to take away the item with me

WOW What a deadful service UPS received my parcel on 31st January

UPS received my parcel on 31st January. It arrived at their Midlands depot on 2nd February. From there it went to Kent, back to Derby and back to Kent from where they finally delivered my parcel on February 13th to my address in North Wales. The package was a bit battered but thankfully my chocolates were OK. Not a company to be trusted

UPS ...please don't use this courier

Parcel stuck in Castle Donnington warehouse for 4 days so far...customer service cannot give me any further information and advise me to just wait!!!
EDIT: UPS contacted me following my review and told me to contact customs and import. What a waste of time! I was given the runaround for nearly 30 minutes and eventually they hung up on me. I stand by my review, waited 6 days so far; if I could I'd give fewer stars, UPS are a joke. The left hand has no idea the right hand even exists!
