UPS ...please don't use this courier

Parcel stuck in Castle Donnington warehouse for 4 days so far...customer service cannot give me any further information and advise me to just wait!!!
EDIT: UPS contacted me following my review and told me to contact customs and import. What a waste of time! I was given the runaround for nearly 30 minutes and eventually they hung up on me. I stand by my review, waited 6 days so far; if I could I'd give fewer stars, UPS are a joke. The left hand has no idea the right hand even exists!
