Exceptional service and value.

Required backup varifocal glasses for my £300 high Street pair. Approached Glasses Direct , the pair I received initially required correction. On receipt found them perfect . The need for correction, which was most probably an error on my part, only highlighted the excellent policies and procedures I experienced dealing with Glasses Direct under differing circumstances. I have been wearing varifocal glasses for decades and at a sixth of the price and with equivalent quality of specification and manufacture they provide excellent value. I require eyesight tests every 6 months, all my future spectacles will be provided by Glasses Direct without hesitation. My thanks to them.

A fifth of the cost, exceptional value.

I required varifocal glasses as a back up to my £300 optician purchased pair. The initial pair I received required correction and were returned. The corrected spectacles were received after prescription clarification and are absolutely fine. Throughout the entire procedure I was fully informed of the progress of my order. Glasses Direct cannot be faulted at any point. The need for a correction, which was probably an error on my part, highlighted the efficiency and clarity of their organisation under differing circumstances.

Exceptional Service

The problem was simple, a flat battery due to lack of use and age. The customer and technical service I received was without fault. The consideration shown by the technician exemplary . For service and value I would recommend Startrescue without hesitation.

Finally an Efficient and Effective Organizations

An elderly neighbour has suffered catastrophic experiences with energy suppliers, Solarplicity and ToTo. He was only aware of his current supplier as their name appeared on his bank statement, no account number tariff or any communication. I attempted to contact them by phone and email, frustrating and pointless. Contacted uSwitch on three occasions, for information on terms and conditions, how I could act on my neighbours behalf and to arrange a switch in his presence. On each occasion uSwitch personnel were courteous, informative and fully understanding of my neighbours circumstances, limitations and priorities. Exemplary Service

Stone damage to windscreen,. Prompt visit by Autoglass technician, arranged via Swinton ,my insurance broker. Extent and type of damage, two adjacent impact points explained Repair unsuccessfully attempted. Screen replacement arranged. Reassured of the safety in driving before replacement carried out. Initial repair carried out on 27th Feb, replacement completed 7th March at my home. Updated frequently by email of repair arrangements and progress. All personnel I dealt with by phone or in person were efficient, knowledgeable and curteous.

Efficient And Effective.

Sometime ago I was unable to delete a recorded programme, other recordings were not affected so the problem was of little concern. I contacted Humax and opted for the chat facility. The response was immediate and concise. Options were explained to resolve the problem which was resolved immediately. I have purchased Humax products over a number of years. I have every confidence in them and would recommend their products and support without reservation.
