Finally an Efficient and Effective Organizations

An elderly neighbour has suffered catastrophic experiences with energy suppliers, Solarplicity and ToTo. He was only aware of his current supplier as their name appeared on his bank statement, no account number tariff or any communication. I attempted to contact them by phone and email, frustrating and pointless. Contacted uSwitch on three occasions, for information on terms and conditions, how I could act on my neighbours behalf and to arrange a switch in his presence. On each occasion uSwitch personnel were courteous, informative and fully understanding of my neighbours circumstances, limitations and priorities. I have nothing but total admiration for their kindness and consideration. On behalf of my elderly disabled neighbour , thank you.Special thanks to David
