Exemplary Service

Stone damage to windscreen,. Prompt visit by Autoglass technician, arranged via Swinton ,my insurance broker. Extent and type of damage, two adjacent impact points explained Repair unsuccessfully attempted. Screen replacement arranged. Reassured of the safety in driving before replacement carried out. Initial repair carried out on 27th Feb, replacement completed 7th March at my home. Updated frequently by email of repair arrangements and progress. All personnel I dealt with by phone or in person were efficient, knowledgeable and curteous.
