Good communication. Both guys arrived on time and were polite and friendly. Had a good look at our car, taken a test drive. Found few bits to reduce the price. Payment arrived promptly. All in all a reliable company, better price then part exchange

I have had to send a letter to Europe. I was told by the lady at the post office, that it would take around 3 days to get there. I paid for tracked and signed. 12 days later, its still has not left the country! The so-called helpline is saying they can't do anything until 1 November (I have to wait a whole month) before they even going to try to?! And they have no phone numbers/ emails to contact different offices.
Accident has happened in March 2022, still the case is ongoing. The communication takes forever. Every time a different person "looks" at your case and forgets to take any action. Then you would call them and chase, and then if you are lucky they would act. We had to send the same documents at least twice and respond to the same queries at least 3 times. Very unprofessional.

I have purchased a king duvet set from TKMax that was suppose to be RRP £180 and promised high quality. When I opened it at home, half of the pillow case didn’t have any pattern. The size of the duvet cover is humongous, as I have over 20 cm leftover. If I had paid stated RRP of £180 I would be outraged. It is very disappointing quality and appearance.

£180.00 is the RRP for the super king duvet cover set size option, which may be the reason for the leftover 20cm.

We have received a new, much closer appointment and hopefully, our car will be repaired soon. It is great to see that the customer service does care about their customers. Thanks ________________________________________________ We had an accident in Italy (not our fault) in the end of August, made a claim to sort the car out. Admiral did nothing for two weeks, then when we have called them, they passed our case to the garage that they work with. The garage called and the first available date just to see what is wrong with the car is on 7th December! And the garage then proceeds to tell us that it might take ages after that to fix the car. We called Admiral and complained and they did nothing to help. The woman on the line was actually joking, that she will try and do something and then when we asked when, she said will try before 07/12th. Its a joke to them. Nobody has came back to me with any alternative dates, etc

Ocado was really good, but now the prices are really high especially in comparison to their competitors.
But what especially annoyed me was that I have chosen the delivery slot for £0.99, they didn’t deliver, called me that they are going to reschedule. Rescheduled for £5.99 delivery!
If it is your fault for not delivering, the least of what you can do is to redeliver for the same price or wave the delivery altogether.

29.08.23 Update So far we have NOT received any emails from Flagstone, apart from initial refusal email. So we have asked our broker to contact them to see what is going on. He said that they told him that the application was refused on NATIONALITY reasons, which is pure discrimination. Our business has nothing to do with my original nationality (I am now and have been British for a while). It’s appalling that they can do that.
Submitted all required paperwork and documents, verified by our solicitor
Flagstone has refused our application without as much as giving a reason.
Very disappointed. Don’t spend your time , as they are not spending theirs.

We have fitted all our bathrooms with Crosswater black taps and showers around 2-3 years ago. One of the shower mixing pipes (the one that comes within a set) bursted and caused huge damage. We are now faced with renovation cost and hassle. Stay away.

Very disappointed with service we have received from Apple Our order went off to a "local" post office depot for us to collect. Which is 10 miles away from us. This is just disgraceful paying for a service and needing to go and pick up. The delivery was not even attempted! They are so not worth our money. I am really sorry that I have their phone and just have to use them. There is no customer service team to email, just automated services everywhere
Ben at Dartford Jewson branch does a brilliant work for us. Very clear pricing response and always responds back. He arranges deliveries, etc.

Toolstation have delivered wrong items, a week went by, no correct materials on site, no refund and not a work from them! And when you call them to sort their mess out, you are 59th in their que and waiting forever and when the time comes for you to speak, the line goes dead.

Worst company ever. They advertise the stock as available, but nothing is! We have now been waiting over 10 weeks! They stopped answering our emails. AVOID IT AT ANY COST
We use to have such a nice driver with ups. Our current one thinks it’s ok to deliver to a local store instead to our home and never even a card left.

The worst company for your hampers EVER! We have ordered 6 hampers for our corporate clients to be delivered to our office (all at the same address) one month in advance. One hamper arrived a day earlier our chosen delivery date, 3 next day and two didn’t arrive at all! It took me 3 full morning of conversations and every day I was speaking with a different person and told a different story and was given false promises. In reality they didn’t have a clue what is going on and where is the rest of our order. At no point was I warned that part of our order is not going to arrive or offered an alternative. You shouldn’t have to spend all this money and be left dealing with them and chasing them! Total disregard to their clients! Never again. I would have given them one star, but they did send us a bottle of Prosecco and some nuts as an apology, so that has warranted an extra star. However 9 hours of my time (spent on the phone with them) worth much more then a bottle of Prosecco.
Our flight went fine. But I bought a set of Clinique on board on 22/07/22 on our way to Crete, and one of the creams inside was nearly empty. I found out and asked them to replace the set on the way back, 8/08/21 but as I didn’t have a receipt (I had a video of unpacking it) they refused to replace it. They have emailed me after this review, but in reality nothing happened and I was not refunded.
