POOR QUALITY PHOTO BOOKS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Photobox review.

I use to order from photobox few years ago. First couple of albums were really good overall. Second lot had to be reprinted, as many photos were printed fuzzy, etc. So back then I called their customer service and they were really friendly and helpful and said, they will sort it. The replacement album was sent free of charge and was absolutely fine.
This time I have ordered two photo books total value of my order £115.00
Both arrived and both can go to bin. The quality was very poor, photos printed with very low resolution, some are fuzzy, etc. Very dissatisfied. AVOID. I have contacted their customer service, written few emails, so far noone got back to me. WOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Appalling customer service!!!!!!!

We have switched to BT from TalkTalk, as they have promised us a better broadband speed. Well, the speed is better... when its works. Our router have to be restarted every 30 minutes. And you would need to reset all your network connections after.

We have also taken out a SIM card, never used it and never activated it. I have called to cancel it 2 days after we have received it. After a long wait the guy on the line assured me it was cancelled.
Then I got the bill. And it was not, I was charged.
I am on my 2nd hour waiting and talking to different departments today. They all act as if they making me a favour by cancelling it. I am wasting my precious time, for something that should have been done in the first place! So they cancelled it. But they would not amend the bill, refund me the money that I was charged (by their fault). I have to call billing department for it.
Also, don't be surprised when you get your bill and you are being charged for every call even to call to landline within the UK.

ALL IN ALL A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Berry bushes arrived dead

We have ordered many seeds and plants from this company and I give it two stars, because other staff, even though late, still have arrived in ok condition. However, the berry bushes we have received, were in appalling condition. I have taken pictures and send them to the customer services team, however, 4 days gone and there is no response. This company have to take their act together. it does not looks like they even have a customer service team

Review of Hot Tub Barn

Hot Tub + Sauna

We have purchased a sauna and hot tub (Envoy). Both were installed yesterday, so we have not had a chance to enjoy either yet.

The sales (Martyn and Paul) team are excellent, they spent quite some time to explain the differences between the range of the hot tubs they offer. We even had a wet test, which was carried out with our privacy in mind (would definitely recommend it). They could not offer much advice on the sauna, as they did not have any on the shop floor, however, they assisted us in ordering it together with the hot tub.

The installation team gave us a call 1hour before they arrived. They were polite and respectful. They have installed both hot tub and sauna on the same day. Filled hot tub in. Gave us instructions how to look after it and what chemicals to use etc. Also left a DVD, so that we can watch all the instructions if we have missed or forgot something. They also left a box full of different chemicals.
All in all, I would say a good, smooth service and experience.
