TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SSE / OVO ENERGY AND THE ENERGY OMBUDSMAN.
I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING SSE / OVO ENERGY FOR APPROXIMATELY 7 YEARS NOW CONCERNING OUR SOLAR ENERGY STSTEM AND INCORRECT ELECTRICITY METER READINGS.
NOBODY AT THE ENERGY COMPANY OR AT THE OMBUDSMAN'S OFFICE WOULD BELIEVE ME UNTIL IT WAS CLEAR;Y ESTABLISHED BY A SENIOR OMBUDSMAN LAST YEAR THAT THE METER WAS IN FACT FAULTY AND GIVING INCORRECT READINGS.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE ENERGY COMPANY TO PUT US ON A CHEAPER ENERGY OVERNIGHT TARIFF AND THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO DO SO.
IN A NUTSHELL - THE OMBUDSMAN'S OFFICE AND STAFF HAVE BEEN TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL IN HELPING US TO RESOLVE OUR CLAIM AGAINST SSE / OVO ENERGY.
THE COMPANY STILL HAS NOT RESOLVED IT AS OF TODAY 06.08.2025.
ALL MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT HOW STAFF IGNORED MY REQUESTS FOR HELP HAVE BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED OR OVERLOOKED, DESPITE MY HAVING RECORDINGS OF EVERY TELEPHONE CALL MADE ASKING FOR HELP, PLUS EMAILS, PHOTOS, AND COIES OF ALL LETTERS SENT TO BOTH ORGANISATIONS.
