No customer service

After a private procedure covered by BUPA I was given an item to assist me by a nurse. I was therefore surprised to receive a bill for the said item from HCA. When i asked where I agreed to pay for this item they promised to investigate and put my account on hold. Nearly 3 months later I get the same bill sent back out but still no explanation. When you speak to their staff they promise to investigate but do nothing. One person promised me an email within the hour. I am still waiting. Very poor all round

Don’t deliver as promised. Shambles

Ordered for delivery on a specific day and didn't turn up. Would never use again. Feel extremely let down. Who on Earth are Xeroe? Was told it was Royal Mail doing the delivery.

Shambolic service

Shambolic service. These positive reviews must be made up. Dumped a package in a flat lobby and called it delivered. Surprise. It wasn't there after my holiday.

Shambles. DONT USE

Hired a car from Avid Budget in Malta and was told there would be 1550 Euros pre authorised on my card. Returned car and noticed my card had been charged the 1550 amount. Spoke to Avis who keep telling me 'oh no your card hasn't been charged'. Spoke to bank 'yes you have been charged'. Now wasting time chasing re-payment. Never again. Appalling lack of care and they never respond.

Constantly the worst train service in…

Constantly the worst train service in the UK. Reserve a seat but never reserved on the train; toilets are dirty and no water to wash your hands; staff are ignorant. Absolute cartel. No other explanation.

Not a booking service

Made what I though was a booking on a Sunday only to find out it was more of an enquiry. By the time they contacted me price had gone up and they tried to charge me the difference. False advertising in my opinion and didnt seem to care that I cancelled.
