No customer service

After a private procedure covered by BUPA I was given an item to assist me by a nurse. I was therefore surprised to receive a bill for the said item from HCA. When i asked where I agreed to pay for this item they promised to investigate and put my account on hold. Nearly 3 months later I get the same bill sent back out but still no explanation. When you speak to their staff they promise to investigate but do nothing. One person promised me an email within the hour. I am still waiting. Very poor all round
