Constantly the worst train service in the UK. Reserve a seat but never reserved on the train; toilets are dirty and no water to wash your hands; staff are ignorant. Absolute cartel. No other explanation.

Hi there. Sorry to hear this. If you have a seat reservation and you cannot sit down, compensation is available. You can claim this by emailing all details to gwr.feedback@gwr.com. If you have issues with the cleanliness of the train, please advise us which service and carriage you are referring to via our social media channels, and we can then pass this on to our cleaning team to get looked in to - Brad
