great prompt response and delivery of orders. It would be nice to get some free delivery as I have now placed several orders totalling about£1000 and i am still being charged for delivery. Also when you select an item for your basket you have to go back to the very beginning again to select the next item. cannot seem to continue shopping like other apps

The company were extremely helpful but more importantly professional. They covered all aspects of the vehicle, costs and implementation of the sale and most importantly future support should there be any problems.

The cars were immaculate and when we had a broken down coach supplied by another company, colin went the extra mile and was happy to use his cars to start ferrying our guests to the church to keep everything running smoothly and on time. Our guests loved the Magic Mirror and Stewart went above and beyond in his abilities to help guests get the best results from the equipment. He was a very personable young man but always professional. He never overstepped the mark as we older people say.

Hermes seem to have upped their game. My recent deliveries have all been promptly delivered at the allocated time and by a polite helpful courier. This has been happening for the last 5 months now, so I am sure it is a permanent improvement and they are to be congratulated on their service. Our house is not too easy to locate and has video entrance gates so patience is needed by the delivery people whilst the phone is answered and the gates opened.Well done Hermes.

The price of our tap was clearly marked, as were the instructions and measurement diagrams. The tap came in a matter of days by the courier. We are very pleased with the quality and the price of the tap.

I ordered the mattress on-line and within a couple of days the company had rung to say when they would be delivering it. They stayed in touch by phone and text right up to the day. On the day, the delivery men rang to say where they were and what time they should be with us. Very polite and nothing too much trouble. A lovely mattress which is living up to its expectations!
