Given I've reviewed BCI twice before, can I just say before I review them AGAIN, that I am not related to anyone connected with this enterprise and I don't own stock in the company, I just continue to be given the most exemplary service from them, this time from Richard, and Trustpilot is the one way that I can laud and applaud BCI's service.
A number of unanticipated glitches (all the airlines fault) that required days of emails and telephone conversations to rectify and that was just with me. I'm sure there were countless other behind the scenes communications Richard had to have with the airline in question. Richard never failed to reply to my emails or return my calls in a timely fashion. And, most importantly, he got the issues resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Lee Villiers was extremely helpful in finding me a good business class ticket for my trip to Australia. He took account of my requirements and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. This is the second time I have used Business Class International and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends. An excellent service, thank you.
Terrible Service
Richard @ Business Class International was only interested in making a sale. As a result, the ticket did not fit the purpose of my trip. I tried to correct the ticket problem, but the service provided post-sale was non-existent. Emails were simply ignored.

Lee Villiers responded very well to my request for help to find a suitable ticket to Australia. He was prompt with his responses and got me a good deal , thousands of pounds less than tickets offered by another travel company. He is also friendly and said I can contact him from overseas if I need to make any changes.

Hmm, that's how I didn't notice a business class site in search results before. It seems like I have bought tickets for the superior seats so many times, but I haven’t. It's good that my wife managed to find it, and we flew to the hot beach for a good price. Thanks so much for the opportunity to relax.

Thieves .. Don’t book your flights with this company. Book direct with the airline. My mother booked flights through the company - Lee Villiers just before the pandemic after losing her husband of 55 years . The flights were cancelled by the airlines who refunded the agents in July 2020. However the £7500 was never given back to her . Disgraceful . Thieves. They are hiding by the fact that they are not IATA registered and are sub agents of another company that they own . Yet they are still in business probably because they prey on grieving widows. I hope no one else has been robbed by them . Disgusting .

We had flights booked with Emirates to Cape Town departing Feb 17th 2021. Our flight was cancelled a few days before departure so I asked BCI to request a refund rather than take a voucher, or date change. The request was submitted by Lee and we received the refund in full, 4 weeks later. I would like to thank Lee for the continual updates regarding the progress of our request.
Due to this excellent service to resolve an issue that was no fault of BCI, we will definitely be using their services again for all of our business class flight requirements.

We had hoped for better communication...
At first the agent was helpful but it became difficult to resolve issues which arose due to the pandemic. We were trapped in a catch 22. We could no longer travel to Australia because WA shut their borders and the UK also prevented us travelling. We would be unable to get a visa. We could not obtain the written terms and conditions and extra clauses attached to our ticket and so we lost a lot of money and went from pillar to post between Qatar airways and the agent. We got some money back from the British Airways component of our journey but Qatar Airways told us they could not refund us as we had booked through a travel agent and it was up to the agent! It was an expensive, disappointing and distressing experience.

I have used Lee for my annual trip to Australia for years. His fares are always competitive and the service is exceptional . When I was recently stranded in Australia unable to get home with flights being cancelled Lee worked morning noon and night to get me home . He was available at any time for calls . So good to know you have someone on your side at such a worrying time. He was brilliant and got me a flight home with a different airline at no extra cost . I have recommended lots of people to him and they have all been very happy with the service they have received . We were due to travel to Australia but COVID didn’t allow us to do so. We were very happy with Lee of Business Class International who has looked after us from our initial enquiry through to getting our full refund. We will happily book through them again.
