Should have stuck with Ancestry!

So my DNA kit never arrived after I mailed it in they claim and now i see a shock 149 plus tax charge even though my debit card is currently locked! I'm guessing they put a super sneaky free trial in thei rcheckout. This company was great back in 2017. What happened to it?

When you purchase a DNA kit, you're given the option to start a 1-month free trial of our Complete Subscription. This subscription grants access to advanced genealogy tools that complement the DNA kit and enhance your experience.

While this subscription can be used with or without a DNA kit, the free trial begins upon purchase. Please note that the subscription is not required to view your DNA results, and you can cancel the free trial at any time from your account or by contacting our support team.

Regarding your missing DNA kit and the unexpected charge, please contact us directly at vipcare@myheritage.com so we can investigate the tracking status of your sample and review the charges on your account. Please make sure to send a link to this review for reference when you send us an email.

Biggest scam around

they were never given my debit card number but used social engineering to get it form my bank when my first card declined them becaus ei never used the app and cancelle.d they continued ot charge me fo r ayear on accoutn thats just for saving. lookign at all the scam reports.

update, i did receive a refund promptly.

Works great, follow the instructions

Some shocking results but they were right about those. I notice several folks who can't follow the simpl blood draw directions. It is not that hard at all. Presson your wrist and hold your pricked finger down . Anyyway, this product is fantastic.

things went fine for the first part of…

things went fine for the first part of 2024. but since october, i have had issues with BHN randomly blocking cards that have balances on them. i am the most boring shopper ever so it makes no sense.
i contacted customer service and still waiting for update 9 days later.

Update since I posted the review.
I now have multiple emails from blackhawk customer service asking for info. Sent the info but still no update. This should be a very simple thing to resolve.

this is the only delivery service still offering coconut oil mayo.
I ordered two of them for first time in 5 years.
Both are rancid.
So gross.
I want my 59 dollar membership refunded. no reply.
Their other products have too many carbs.
guess I'll make my own.

Sorry you lost your pet, don't accept chewy's fake care.

Sorry you lost your pet, but Chewy does not care about you. Just fake pretend actions.
Chewy sells farmina which used ot be a great bran dmade in italy . but they switched their processing to serbia for chewy orders and neither company told anyone. i find out years later it harmed a pet of mind horribly. Next up i have spend tons of money on chewy buying fancy feast. purina makes it and turns out that's the source of my cats' diarrhea and vomiting.
i had bought many cases and asked chewy to refund some. isntead of apologizing they required i send everything back
they made up 4 different fedex returns. phone support said i could put all cases in one big chewy box and just put one of the labels on the outside and the rest inside.
They completely screwed up the return and i have had no less than 11 customer service people telling me completely different reasons.
Now a supervisor Carol contacted me and said there was no movement on 3 of the receipts. Instead of looking at what was logically going on and refunding me I'm now dealing with trying to simply be refunded for a 5 cases out of at 15. I have spent over 50k on chewy over the years and now have to look elsewhere. I see all the sad and vulnerable people who lost their pets praising chewy for being so nice when their pets died. Please people don't think they care. It such a slimeball tactic to make chewy look good. Going to try petco and petflow now. Update, now the bad rep is making up absurd lies. i wonder if their supply team is reselling returned pet food on amazon.

I have used them for 8 years. Now for the last 3 days I can not log in. When I got to reset my password, I get a page that I'm blocked. I am a very sporadic user and never had an issue. I sent email to support. No reply for days.

Imagine FedEx bungling YOUR 330k check delivery.

I didn't want to use them. Heck, I certainly wanted a wire instead of mail for such a large sum. Instead FedEx couldn't simply relabel a package with a smudged name. Sitting here 4 days after their lazy and awful actions in state of shock. The shipper wants the check back so they make interest off of it as they take they're sweet time to reissue it.

Messed with the wrong pet owner

Oh yeah, I'm filing all kinds of complaints with state of California which thankfully will investigate. They are terrible company. My cat reacted so terribly she was just fine on plnt human grade CBD oil then started this a few months later. Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service. Yeah yeah you guys are dealing with a crack SEO top marketing person. So good luck. Not to toot my own h
orn or anything, but I've spent the last almost 3 weeks helping people in LA haina Maui try and find their pets after the wildfires and I need to take good care of my own cat and you have put so much stress on me

Biggest liars, worse than every other mortgage company

After you post your review here, go to consumer financial protection bureau gov site and share your complaint.
Shellpoint is the top complained about company for 5 year running.
They lie and lie over and over.
Spell out EVERYTHING they have done wrong.
Their latest antics are trying to cliam we owe nearly 4k AFTER they received nearly 50k in HAF funds.
They still have not send out any sort of reinstatement letter or anything noting the payment.
They are so disgusting. I notice on linkedin that they hire blonde white women in arizona as loss mitigation specialists in order to create some weird branding
