Staff were helpful on the phone, telling me the delivery options. I ordered for delivery Tuesday, and that is when it arrived.and the delivery guy was helpful,too.

I have ordered two Balterley products recently, one through B&Q and one direct from KU.
The vanity unit was sent by B&Q for next day delivery-but wwe wer not going to be in for 3 days. The unit arrived and was returned. I reordered and the unit arrived safely, but was deposited upside down in my garage. However, we have now opened the pack and the product is superb The bathroom cabinet that I ordered is not yet opened. There was a delay in delivery, with the first delivery reporting that the item was not on the delivery van. I suspect this was an excuse. It then took a further week for the cabinet to arrive. Not a problem, as it wasnt urgent. However, queries were answered promptly, but follow up was by , I think, robots, who promised updates which did not materialise. I susect the cabinet to be of the same suoperb quality as the basin and vanity unit. So, product gets 5 stars and delivery system a generous 3 stars averaging 4.

I had done quite a lot of research on the products we required and found that Bathroom Point had them in stock and at the best price available.I ordered the product and asked for a specific delivery day. I was assured that we would get the delivery on the day agreed. Then I had to change the day. No problem, said Jake. Then I had to order some more poroduct. No problem, said Jake. Them I had to ask that all the product arrived on the same day. No problem said Jake. The day came and the note from the carrier implied that only half the order was on its way. No doubt panic ensued at Jake's end, but when the delivery arrived, on time, it was for the complete order. As Jake had said so many times. 'No problem'.

Couldn't get this Neff extractor fan anywhere and found RDO through Google. They had stock at a far better price than anywhere else advertised, and I was served by a courteous, knowledgeable chap who ensured I got the extractor on time and in perfect condition.

I had a Franke sink fitted by carpenters working at the house. They just put the sink in the worktop, and I had to do the plumbing. When I got to fitting the overflow, I couldn't find the spigot that connects the pipe to the chrome bit that goes on the sink.i filled in the support form on the Franke website, got an automated answer saying they would respond within 3 days. Same day, I got a note saying I should send in a proof of delivery. I did that and they sent the part FOC. All within 3 days. Given that it may well have been lost on site, I thought this was excellent customer service.and the sink and tap pack from Screwfix was an excellent buy.

I saw a deal on Travelzoo fir tickets to see Les Mis with a meal beforehand. Was worried it may be too good to be true. Gave 10 of these deals out as Christmas presents to my children and some friends. First daughter has been and enjoyed the experience immensely. The parcel was delivered to the wrong house, 25, Dukes Ride, not 2, Dukes ride. The street numbering is confusing, but that is a bad miss. My neighbour delivered the parcel safely.

I arranged with the mimton keynes store to collect a product that mk did not have in stock. I was met by friendly,vefficient staff who expected me and knew where the product I was collecting was stored. The staff were interested in where we were going (hawkstone park) and able to give us information about the course. I used to be in retail management, and would have been proud of this team. ThNk you.

Our last Exoticca trip was to Summer Island in the Maldives.Everything went well. We had one small issue which was sorted out immediately. The flights were fine, and the boat to the island was fine. The accommodation was memorably good, and the service was outstanding. If anything, the food was even better! A great range of international cuisine, beautifully cooked and tended by a chef at all times, to ensure everything was fresh and plentiful.
We had 6 full days, and despite the great distance to get there, I don't think a longer stay would be beneficial.The islands are all small, and there isn't much to do except relax. Sounds like a good idea?
