Great products deserve better delivery systems.
I have ordered two Balterley products recently, one through B&Q and one direct from KU.
The vanity unit was sent by B&Q for next day delivery-but wwe wer not going to be in for 3 days. The unit arrived and was returned. I reordered and the unit arrived safely, but was deposited upside down in my garage. However, we have now opened the pack and the product is superb The bathroom cabinet that I ordered is not yet opened. There was a delay in delivery, with the first delivery reporting that the item was not on the delivery van. I suspect this was an excuse. It then took a further week for the cabinet to arrive. Not a problem, as it wasnt urgent. However, queries were answered promptly, but follow up was by , I think, robots, who promised updates which did not materialise. I susect the cabinet to be of the same suoperb quality as the basin and vanity unit. So, product gets 5 stars and delivery system a generous 3 stars averaging 4.
