Customer service at its best March
I had a Franke sink fitted by carpenters working at the house. They just put the sink in the worktop, and I had to do the plumbing. When I got to fitting the overflow, I couldn't find the spigot that connects the pipe to the chrome bit that goes on the sink.i filled in the support form on the Franke website, got an automated answer saying they would respond within 3 days. Same day, I got a note saying I should send in a proof of delivery. I did that and they sent the part FOC. All within 3 days. Given that it may well have been lost on site, I thought this was excellent customer service.and the sink and tap pack from Screwfix was an excellent buy.
